Chris Featherstone began his career in the late 90s as a software engineer building ecommerce applications. Moving to Microsoft, Chris worked on multiple products notably Commerce Server and Biztalk Server. After a decade at Microsoft, Chris left to expand his abilities in building SaaS products across various industries, and growth stage companies across the globe. In addition to building both hardware and software products, Chris founded a company focused on purpose-built appliances for the VDI market. His passion has always been in building products that change and disrupt markets to evolve conventional thinking. At Cisco, Chris and his team are responsible for the commercial viability of the cloud-based Webex Contact Center in the Cisco Contact Center business unit. Chris studied Applied Psychology and Human Factors before it was coined as contemporary UX from Arizona State University. Born and raised in Huntington Beach California, Chris grew up surfing religiously and currently lives in Salt Lake City, Utah trying to get as much skiing in as he can with is wife and tribe of 6 children.
