Over the past few years, we’ve been laser-focused on further improving the user experience of our Webex platform and we know our customers love what we’ve delivered based on the recognition and accolades we’ve received. I’m very pleased to share that Cisco Collaboration has been awarded multiple Top Rated 2020 recognitions by TrustRadius. Webex Meetings was recognized in the Web Conferencing category, and Jabber and Unified Communications Manager (UCM) in VoIP category. This is the third year in a row that all three platforms were recognized by TrustRadius, so it’s a great achievement to receive the distinction again.
Megan Headley, the VP of Research at TrustRadius, affirmed Cisco’s placement in Top Rated 2020, highlighting key areas where customers highlighted their satisfaction:
TrustRadius issues Top Rated badges annually to products in the top–tier of their categories. To earn the award in a category, products must have had at least ten recent reviews, be present on the TrustMap, earned at least 1.5 percent of the traffic for the category, and have had a trScore of at least 7.5. Cisco exceeded those expectations, with Webex Meetings achieving an 8.1 rating, 8.2 rating for Jabber, and 8.7 rating for Unified Communications Manager.
