In their 2019 Aragon Globe for Unified Communications and Collaboration, Aragon examined 14 major providers and recognized Cisco as one of the leaders in Unified Communications and Collaboration, ranking highly in both performance and strategy. Aragon’s evaluation comes in the midst of a transition from traditional on-premises based solutions to cloud based, AI-based offerings, and evaluates the entire Cisco portfolio – on-premises, cloud and hybrid solutions – unlike many other market reports.
