Cisco Recognized as a Worldwide UCaaS Leader by Gartner

Gartner, a leading information technology and advisory company, has recognized Cisco as a leader in its July 2019 report titled, Magic Quadrant for Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS), Worldwide. Cisco has been recognized as a leader in on-premises UC for more than a decade. Read the latest Magic Quadrant to see why Cisco has been named a Leader.

Gartner isn’t the first leading analyst firm to recognize Cisco’s role in the UCaaS market. In April 2019, the Aragon Research GlobeTM for UCC, also named Cisco as a market leader. IDC just released their IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Unified Communications and Collaboration Vendor Assessment that also positions Cisco as a leader.

Now the IT buyer community has an enterprise ready and proven vendor they can choose to help them move their on-premises PBX network to the cloud. I, for one, am pleased we are recognized for our programs and hybrid strategies for transitioning customers from on-premises systems to the cloud at their own pace.
