Cisco Recognized as a Worldwide UCaaS Leader by Gartner

Gartner, a leading information technology and advisory company, has recognized Cisco as a leader in its July 2019 report titled, Magic Quadrant for Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS), Worldwide. Cisco has been recognized as a leader in on-premises UC for more than a decade. Read the latest Magic Quadrant to see why Cisco has been named a Leader.

Gartner isn’t the first leading analyst firm to recognize Cisco’s role in the UCaaS market. In April 2019, the Aragon Research GlobeTM for UCC, also named Cisco as a market leader. IDC just released their IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Unified Communications and Collaboration Vendor Assessment that also positions Cisco as a leader.

Now the IT buyer community has an enterprise ready and proven vendor they can choose to help them move their on-premises PBX network to the cloud. I, for one, am pleased we are recognized for our programs and hybrid strategies for transitioning customers from on-premises systems to the cloud at their own pace.

The strength and breadth of the Cisco portfolio is built to serve our customers on-premises and cloud-based needs. Our collaboration portfolio covers everything from calling, messaging, meetings, team collaboration, contact center and integrated devices. We are able to complement that with Cisco IT assets in Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, security, LANs, routers, and data centers.

Getting the best calling and collaboration solution for your business is about more than great products. Great service and support are of equal importance. Cisco customers get exceptional channel flexibility, with our cloud offers being carried by global and local CSP and VAR channel partners that are committed to the Cisco UCaaS portfolio. Most of these partners have a 10-plus year relationship with Cisco, offering both on-premises solutions and cloud support services.

We are humbled and excited by the recognition and we look forward to gaining your trust as you make the decision to take your business to a cloud collaboration future.

Whether your goal is to have your calling and collaboration services delivered on-premises, from the cloud, or any combination of both Cisco is here to make sure your collaboration experience is everything you dreamed it would be.
