Magnetic Collaboration 2022: The state of collaboration in the world of hybrid work

Collaboration in the world of hybrid work
It’s an understatement to say that the world of work has changed. The lines between home and work no longer exist. Work itself? It’s not about coming into the office but getting it done on your schedule. Hybrid work is the new norm, and it has thrust collaboration solutions center stage. These tectonic shifts represent great opportunities but also new challenges.
With the workforce more mobile than ever before, how do you ensure flexibility while making sure workers are productive and engaged where they are? How do you keep collaboration solutions secure when participants and devices can be anywhere, in and out of company networks? How can IT admins ensure top-notch experiences for the employees in the office or in their homes, while managing an explosion of devices? The list goes on.
As Vice President of Corporate Development and Cisco Investments, I lead investments and acquisitions in the collaboration and security segments for Cisco, where we spend a great deal of time thinking about what it will take to reimagine this new world of work.
Magnetic Collaboration virtual summit
That’s why I’d like to invite you to Magnetic Collaboration, a live virtual summit on April 5, 2022 (9 – 10:30 am PT). The event will kick off with a fireside chat between Cisco’s Javed Khan, focusing on Cisco’s Collaboration Strategy and myself. As the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Cisco Collaboration, Javed leads Cisco’s multi-billion-dollar collaboration business. We’ll break down the rapid innovation in Cisco’s collaboration portfolio, key collaboration trends, and how Cisco has successfully built a robust partner ecosystem.
