Erg\u00e4nzend zu Javeds Blog von heute<\/a> m\u00f6chte ich Ihnen erl\u00e4utern, dass Cisco nun den nahtlosen \u00dcbergang zu Abonnement- und Cloud-Diensten mit der marktf\u00fchrenden Webex Collaboration Suite einfacher und g\u00fcnstiger denn je macht.<\/p>\n

Als wir 2017 den Flex\u00a0Plan erstmals vorstellten, war dies das erste Kaufmodell, das sowohl lokale als auch Cloud-basierte Meeting-, Anruf- und Messaging-Funktionen in einem einzigen Abonnement zusammen mit technischen Support-Diensten anbot.\u00a0 Seit damals haben sich Tausende unserer Kunden daf\u00fcr entschieden, Millionen von Benutzern mit Flex von lokalen Systemen auf die Cloud umzustellen und ihre digitale Transformation zu beschleunigen.<\/p>\n

Mit Flex k\u00f6nnen Kunden ihre bestehenden lokalen Lizenzen (CUCM, BE6K, BE7K) und Support-Dienste (SWSS) in ein Abonnement umwandeln, um die bestehende Abdeckung vor Ort beizubehalten. Alternativ k\u00f6nnen Kunden auch auf die Cloud umsteigen und von der neuen, vereinheitlichten und modularen Webex-Plattform profitieren. Durch die Umwandlung bestehender Investitionskosten in besser planbare Budgets f\u00fcr Betriebsausgaben erhalten die Kunden ein einheitlicheres Einkaufsmodell f\u00fcr ihre Zusammenarbeitsdienste.<\/p>\n

Bei dieser \u00dcberarbeitung von Flex handelt es sich um eine rein kommerzielle Modell\u00e4nderung, die darauf abzielt, unbefristete lokale Lizenzen in Abonnements umzuwandeln. Cisco ist Marktf\u00fchrer bei der Bereitstellung von lokalen Calling-L\u00f6sungen und bietet auch weiterhin 100%ige Unterst\u00fctzung f\u00fcr lokale Calling-L\u00f6sungen.\u00a0 Mit Cisco wird also niemals ein Komplettaustausch bereits vorhandener Komponenten notwendig sein! Zudem k\u00f6nnen viele der vorhandenen lokalen Ger\u00e4te im Zuge Ihrer Migration in die Cloud \u00fcbernommen oder in einer hybriden Cloud-Umgebung unterst\u00fctzt werden.<\/p>\n

Mit jedem Flex-Tarif erhalten Kunden Zugang zum Cisco Control Hub, \u00fcber den sie unabh\u00e4ngig vom Bereitstellungstyp alle Telefone, Videos, Meetings, Nachrichten, Headsets und Raumger\u00e4te in einer einzigen Webex-Anwendung verwalten k\u00f6nnen. \u00a0Diese neu verf\u00fcgbaren Cloud-Dienste sch\u00f6pfen die Leistungsf\u00e4higkeit von Cloud-Analysen und Operations-Dashboards f\u00fcr Zusammenarbeitsdienste voll aus und erm\u00f6glichen den Benutzern Zugriff auf Informationen, die bisher undenkbar waren. Kein anderer Anbieter bietet diese M\u00f6glichkeit oder kann sie so einfach umsetzen.<\/p>\n
