Was die Unternehmen in den letzten Monaten erlebt haben, ist genau die Zukunft der Arbeit, die <em>jetzt<\/em>gerade beginnt.<\/p>\n<p>W\u00e4hrend einige Unternehmen bereits dabei waren, einen Arbeitsplatz umzugestalten, der verschiedene Arbeitsstile, innovative Arbeitsbereiche und integrierte Arbeitsabl\u00e4ufe umfasste, hatten viele Unternehmen noch gar nicht damit begonnen, sich auf die Zukunft der Arbeit einzustellen. Tats\u00e4chlich waren sie auf die aktuelle Situation nicht wirklich vorbereitet.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h3><em>Um Firmen dabei zu helfen, sich in der gegenw\u00e4rtigen Realit\u00e4t zurechtzufinden und zu verstehen, wo sie sich in Bezug auf den Reifegrad ihres Arbeitsplatzes und die Vorbereitung auf eine neue Zukunft der Arbeit befinden, haben wir das erste <a href=\"https:\/\/futureofwork.webex.com\/maturity-calculator\/\">Workplace Maturity Assessment Tool<\/a> der Branche eingef\u00fchrt.<\/em><\/h3>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h2><span><br \/>\n  <strong>\u00dcber das Workplace Maturity Assessment Tool<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Dieses Tool basiert auf einer Benchmark-Umfrage, die Cisco k\u00fcrzlich unter mehr als 1500\u00a0Unternehmen in 13\u00a0Regionen und sieben vertikalen Branchen durchgef\u00fchrt hat. Dabei haben wir einerseits gemessen, inwieweit die Unternehmen ihren Arbeitsplatz umgestalten, und andererseits, ob sie bereits damit begonnen haben, sich die Zukunft der Arbeit zu eigen zu machen, und welchen Nutzen sie daraus ziehen.<\/p>\n<p>Der Maturity Calculator ist in weniger als 10\u00a0Minuten auszuf\u00fcllen und besteht aus sechs Indikatoren:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>F\u00fchrung und Kultur<\/li>\n<li>Flexibilit\u00e4t des Arbeitsstils<\/li>\n<li>Arbeitsumfeld<\/li>\n<li>M\u00f6gliche L\u00f6sungen<\/li>\n<li>Risikomanagement<\/li>\n<li>Sichtbarkeit und Einsicht<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Auf der Grundlage dieser Umfrageergebnisse haben wir das Workplace Maturity Assessment Tool entwickelt, das auf unserem <a href=\"https:\/\/futureofwork.webex.com\/\">Future of Work<\/a>-Portal zu finden ist und Unternehmen einen \u00dcberblick dar\u00fcber verschafft, in welchen Bereichen sie ihren Arbeitsplatz f\u00fcr die Zukunft umgestalten. Nach Abschluss der Umfrage erhalten sie eine individuelle Bewertung zum Reifegrad Ihres Arbeitsplatzes, mit dem sie ihr Unternehmen mit dem der anderen Befragten vergleichen k\u00f6nnen, um herauszufinden, ob sie bei der Umgestaltung einen Vorsprung besitzen oder zur\u00fcckliegen \u2013 und wenn ja, in welchem Ausma\u00df. Die Bewertung umfasst einen allgemeinen Reifegradindex und Punkte f\u00fcr jeden Indikator sowie einen Vergleich mit der Benchmark.<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2><span><br \/>\n  <strong>Was bringt die Zukunft?<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Da sich die Firmen auf eine neue Zukunft der Arbeit vorbereiten, kann ihnen das Wissen darum, ob sie in Bezug auf den Reifegrad des Arbeitsplatzes zur\u00fcckliegen oder einen Vorsprung besitzen, helfen, die Zukunft der Arbeit besser zu planen. Der Reifegradindex erm\u00f6glicht es den Firmen, Bereiche zu identifizieren, die besondere Aufmerksamkeit erfordern, und solche, in denen sie ohnehin hervorragend aufgestellt sind.
