Dennoch geben 72 Prozent der Contact-Center-Entscheider an, dass fragmentierte Kundenerfahrungen zu ihren f\u00fcnf gr\u00f6\u00dften Herausforderungen z\u00e4hlen.<\/p>\n<p>Forrester definiert Kundenerfahrung als die Art und Weise, <em>wie Kunden ihre Interaktionen mit Ihrem Unternehmen wahrnehmen (1).<\/em>. \u00a0Mit anderen Worten: Kundenerfahrung ist \u201eWahrnehmung\u201c. \u00a0Kundendienst hingegen ist eine \u201eIntervention\u201c.
