Por un lado, las experiencias que superan las expectativas de los clientes pueden catapultar a las empresas a un \u00e9xito masivo sin necesidad de realizar grandes inversiones en marketing. Por el otro lado, los efectos de una mala interacci\u00f3n del cliente con un camarero en un restaurante o una interacci\u00f3n conflictiva con el proveedor de cable pueden extenderse mucho m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la p\u00e9rdida de ingresos con esa persona en particular.<\/p>\n<p>Piense que esa persona podr\u00eda contarles su experiencia a sus familiares, amigos y compa\u00f1eros de trabajo. O, lo que es peor, con unos pocos clics en un servicio de rese\u00f1as como Yelp, Google o Facebook, la reputaci\u00f3n de su negocio podr\u00eda verse empa\u00f1ada para siempre.<\/p>\n<p>El r\u00e1pido ritmo de la tecnolog\u00eda, la nube y los servicios de inteligencia artificial y aprendizaje autom\u00e1tico permite a las empresas de cualquier tama\u00f1o conocer estas experiencias adversas en tiempo real y adoptar medidas inmediatas.
