Tanto si se trata de la implementaci\u00f3n de un centro de contacto completo como de un componente tecnol\u00f3gico individual, el desarrollo de un caso de negocio es necesario y complicado.<\/p>\n<p>En funci\u00f3n de la comprensi\u00f3n de la dificultad de la justificaci\u00f3n de casos de negocio, he admirado el enfoque que Forrester Research utiliza con su modelo de Impacto econ\u00f3mico total (TEI). En esencia, hab\u00eda probado un enfoque que era el mejor de su clase, con diversas soluciones de colaboraci\u00f3n empresarial y de centros de contacto, y al final los resultados fueron deficientes. Los excesivos costos de personal, la falta de interoperabilidad y otros factores llevaron al cliente a buscar soluciones de colaboraci\u00f3n de Cisco en todos los \u00e1mbitos, incluida la capacidad de su centro de contacto.<\/p>\n<p>Las conclusiones del modelo de TEI fueron reveladoras. Este cliente pudo reubicar al personal de soporte al cliente mediante la reducci\u00f3n de 100\u00a0FTE a 44\u00a0FTE que antes deb\u00edan realizar actividades similares en ocho sistemas distintos.<\/li>\n<li>En cuarto y \u00faltimo lugar, se produjo un ahorro de costos de <u>USD\u00a0406,461 <\/u>gracias a la sustituci\u00f3n de las anteriores plataformas de comunicaciones y centros de contacto.
