Las reuniones fallaban y demandaban demasiado tiempo, y la plataforma existente no era f\u00e1cil de usar.\u00a0 La instituci\u00f3n necesitaba encontrar una soluci\u00f3n que ofreciera una excelente experiencia de usuario y que pudiera satisfacer las necesidades de todos, desde el CEO hasta el personal m\u00e9dico y el personal de asistencia.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cUs\u00e1bamos Zoom como soluci\u00f3n de colaboraci\u00f3n y nos llevaba de tres a cinco minutos comenzar cada reuni\u00f3n. Los m\u00e9dicos estaban frustrados. Les est\u00e1bamos haciendo perder el tiempo. Si nos quedamos en una reuni\u00f3n durante cinco minutos adicionales, perdemos un paciente por el resto del d\u00eda\u201d, dice Chris Jury, gerente de operaciones de TI del MAHEC.<\/p>\n<p>Antes de que el MAHEC comenzara a usar Cisco, la comunicaci\u00f3n de la instituci\u00f3n ten\u00eda problemas.
