La cuesti\u00f3n principal es: si pudiera redise\u00f1ar completamente la educaci\u00f3n desde cero a fin de mejorarla para todos los estudiantes, \u00bfqu\u00e9 har\u00eda?<\/p>\n<p>Bueno, aqu\u00ed estamos, experimentando este caso hipot\u00e9tico en la vida real. En medio de una pandemia mundial, la educaci\u00f3n primaria y secundaria se vio obligada a llevarse a cabo exclusivamente en l\u00ednea sin ninguna preparaci\u00f3n o capacitaci\u00f3n real para maestros, padres o estudiantes. El revuelo resultante por mantener el impulso frente a un cierre completo nos obliga a todos a reevaluar qu\u00e9 es la \u201cescuela\u201d y qu\u00e9 podr\u00eda ser.<\/p>\n<p><span><br \/>\n  <strong>Acompa\u00f1ar la educaci\u00f3n con otras experiencias<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Los profesores, los estudiantes y los padres se est\u00e1n dando cuenta de que la simple transferencia del plan de estudio presencial a una pantalla no siempre funciona; los modelos de aprendizaje h\u00edbridos deben permitir nuevas formas de interacci\u00f3n y participaci\u00f3n. Aprender es mucho m\u00e1s que una lecci\u00f3n: el futuro pertenece a la \u00abeducaci\u00f3n en el hogar\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>La educaci\u00f3n implica transmitir conocimientos que vengan acompa\u00f1ados de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=XFghLc1oiO8\">experiencias emocionales<\/a>. El aprendizaje no es simplemente conocer hechos. Tambi\u00e9n implica c\u00f3mo se sienten los estudiantes a medida que aprenden y crecen, c\u00f3mo se relacionan con el material y c\u00f3mo manejan la presi\u00f3n, los cronogramas, las interacciones y la vida dentro de la escuela o el aula. Es cierto que ha habido educaci\u00f3n a distancia durante d\u00e9cadas, pero el enfoque principal siempre ha estado en el aula f\u00edsica, y el material en l\u00ednea solo ha cumplido una funci\u00f3n de apoyo.<\/p>\n<p><span><br \/>\n  <strong>Experimento de laboratorio global<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-338292\" src=\"https:\/\/storage.googleapis.com\/blogs-images\/ciscoblogs\/1\/2020\/09\/Global-Laboratory-delivering-quality-education-.png\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 462px) 100vw, 462px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/storage.googleapis.com\/blogs-images\/ciscoblogs\/1\/2020\/09\/Global-Laboratory-delivering-quality-education--300x200.png 300w, https:\/\/storage.googleapis.com\/blogs-images\/ciscoblogs\/1\/2020\/09\/Global-Laboratory-delivering-quality-education-.png 462w\" alt=\"ni\u00f1o sentado frente a una computadora aprendiendo a distancia\" width=\"462\" height=\"308\" \/>Actualmente la sociedad se enfrenta a un experimento de laboratorio global centrado en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=xvfh8U_7Nug\">brindar educaci\u00f3n de calidad<\/a> en un entorno altamente no estandarizado, al menos hasta que los estudiantes puedan regresar <em>en masa<\/em> a la escuela (e incluso, en ese caso, si los horarios de los estudiantes est\u00e1n escalonados).<\/p>\n<p>La prioridad en este momento es ayudar a los maestros, los padres y los estudiantes a incorporar oportunidades de aprendizaje de calidad en el hogar. Esto significa prescindir de los mecanismos fijos de la jornada escolar (la campana, el reloj y el aula f\u00edsica) y, al mismo tiempo, capitalizar lo que esos mecanismos proporcionaban: estructura, colectividad e interacci\u00f3n social. Los maestros se basan en una l\u00ednea de visi\u00f3n f\u00edsica para leer las expresiones faciales y el lenguaje corporal de cada estudiante; utilizan el aula para ayudar a transmitir una lecci\u00f3n a un grupo de alumnos simult\u00e1neamente y, al mismo tiempo, observarlos de forma individual.<\/p>\n<p>Todo esto se puede lograr en l\u00ednea: el video, el sonido, la capacidad de congregarse y la oportunidad de contacto individualizado y de aprendizaje al propio ritmo. Ahora, ser\u00e1 clave entretejer estas tecnolog\u00edas en torno a las realidades de la vida en el hogar. Esto requiere flexibilidad con el plan de estudio y paciencia con el proceso, la cual los maestros tienen en abundancia.<\/p>\n<p><span><br \/>\n  <strong>El lado positivo<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Las buenas noticias son copiosas. La calidad y el valor de la tecnolog\u00eda de colaboraci\u00f3n en l\u00ednea ya han demostrado su eficacia en el mundo laboral. Tenemos una generaci\u00f3n de estudiantes que se sienten completamente c\u00f3modos con la vida en l\u00ednea, y contamos con la inteligencia que nos brinda la IA para refinar los planes de estudio de forma individual. Dados los diferentes estilos de aprendizaje que tienen lugar en el aula, las nuevas modalidades podr\u00edan en realidad ayudar a superar el proceso de escolarizaci\u00f3n, dando a cada estudiante la oportunidad de aprender de la manera que mejor se adapte a sus habilidades y su potencial.
