La plupart d\u2019entre nous \u00e9tant actuellement en t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, c\u2019est le moment id\u00e9al pour que Webex Meetings propose des arri\u00e8re-plans <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=0JtjldYotGk&amp;feature=youtu.be\">virtuels<\/a> et <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=Xma-NKUEQBw&amp;feature=youtu.be\">flout\u00e9s<\/a> pour les plateformes Windows, Mac et iOS. Ces langues \u00e9taient d\u00e9j\u00e0 disponibles sur l\u2019application pour mobile.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Application de bureau<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=ipkYcVEILuY&amp;feature=youtu.be\">Aper\u00e7u du partage de contenu<\/a> &#8211; Ne demandez plus \u00e0 vos collaborateurs s\u2019ils voient bien votre \u00e9cran. Vous pouvez \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent afficher un aper\u00e7u de ce que voient les participants \u00e0 votre r\u00e9union lorsque vous partagez du contenu. Lorsque vous cliquez sur le bouton Partager, une petite fen\u00eatre reproduit l\u2019affichage de votre public. Lorsqu\u2019un participant \u00e0 une r\u00e9union ou un \u00e9l\u00e8ve de la classe virtuelle l\u00e8ve la main dans Webex, son nom passe aussit\u00f4t en haut de la liste des participants \u2013 dans l\u2019ordre s\u00e9quentiel \u2013 pour que l\u2019enseignant sache rapidement qui a besoin d\u2019aide. Auparavant, le nom des participants qui levaient la main restait au m\u00eame emplacement dans la liste. L\u2019enseignant ne le remarquait pas toujours, surtout s\u2019il figurait tout en bas d\u2019une tr\u00e8s longue liste de participants \u00e0 une r\u00e9union.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.webex.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Participant-soring-and-raise-hand-functions-e1595438368441.png\"><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6976\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.webex.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Participant-soring-and-raise-hand-functions-e1595438368441.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"320\" height=\"392\" \/><br \/>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prise en charge d\u2019un lobby &#8211; Les utilisateurs ext\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 votre entreprise qui utilisent des applications Webex Teams ou des syst\u00e8mes de visioconf\u00e9rence peuvent \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent attendre dans le lobby (ou salle d\u2019attente) de la salle personnelle. Cette fonction est activ\u00e9e lorsque le site est configur\u00e9 pour amener les utilisateurs externes dans une salle d\u2019attente et que la salle personnelle est dans un \u00e9tat d\u00e9verrouill\u00e9. Dans l\u2019ancienne version, un param\u00e8tre d\u2019administration contr\u00f4lait si les utilisateurs externes \u00e9taient autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 rejoindre directement la r\u00e9union ou s\u2019il leur \u00e9tait totalement interdit de rejoindre les r\u00e9unions de la salle personnelle. Cette am\u00e9lioration simplifie l\u2019exp\u00e9rience puisque tous les appareils et toutes les applications sont soumis aux m\u00eames r\u00e8gles lorsque leurs utilisateurs rejoignent une r\u00e9union dans une salle personnelle non verrouill\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Appareils mobiles<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>iOS\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les nouvelles am\u00e9liorations apport\u00e9es aux commandes de l\u2019organisateur sur les appareils mobiles sont tr\u00e8s utiles pour tous les utilisateurs, notamment ceux du monde de l\u2019enseignement. Les enseignants disposent ainsi d\u2019outils pour mieux g\u00e9rer leurs classes virtuelles et prot\u00e9ger leurs \u00e9l\u00e8ves. Les enseignants ont la possibilit\u00e9 de configurer la <strong>d\u00e9sactivation du micro \u00e0 l\u2019entr\u00e9e <\/strong>depuis leur application mobile, pour que les \u00e9l\u00e8ves et autres participants acc\u00e8dent \u00e0 la classe ou \u00e0 la r\u00e9union sans faire de bruit pour ne pas d\u00e9ranger les autres. <strong>La d\u00e9sactivation du partage<\/strong> permet aux enseignants et aux organisateurs de limiter les droits de partage de contenu en classe ou en r\u00e9union \u00e0 l\u2019animateur uniquement. Les droits de partage peuvent \u00eatre transf\u00e9r\u00e9s \u00e0 d\u2019autres participants pendant les r\u00e9unions si n\u00e9cessaire. Les enseignants et les organisateurs de r\u00e9unions peuvent \u00e9galement <strong>verrouiller et d\u00e9verrouiller les r\u00e9unions qui n\u2019ont pas lieu dans des salles personnelles<\/strong> depuis leurs applications sur mobile. L\u2019avantage de cette fonctionnalit\u00e9 est que les utilisateurs qui ont besoin des r\u00e8gles de protection de Microsoft Intune peuvent maintenant s\u2019inscrire \u00e0 un compte Microsoft. Apr\u00e8s avoir valid\u00e9 les donn\u00e9es de ces r\u00e8gles concernant le site, puis red\u00e9marr\u00e9 l\u2019application, les r\u00e8gles de protection entreront en vigueur (acc\u00e8s par code PIN au d\u00e9marrage).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Android\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lecture des r\u00e9unions enregistr\u00e9es par la voix de l\u2019assistant personnel virtuel Alexa &#8211; Les utilisateurs Android peuvent d\u00e9sormais utiliser Amazon Alexa pour lire les enregistrements des r\u00e9unions Webex.
