Le mois de juin a \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s charg\u00e9 pour Webex. Nous venons d’annoncer une s\u00e9rie de nouvelles fonctionnalit\u00e9s<\/a> qui visent \u00e0 rendre le travail hybride plus inclusif, plus solidaire et plus flexible. Au sein de l’\u00e9quipe Collaboration AI que je dirige en tant que vice-pr\u00e9sident de l’ing\u00e9nierie, nous soutenons les initiatives au moyen d’applications d’IA leaders sur le march\u00e9 qui permettent \u00e0 nos utilisateurs de travailler depuis n’importe quel lieu, sur n’importe quel appareil. Nous avons int\u00e9gr\u00e9 des applications \u00e0 Webex Assistant, le remplacement de l’arri\u00e8re-plan vid\u00e9o, la reconnaissance gestuelle, l’am\u00e9lioration des transcriptions et l’am\u00e9lioration de la parole.<\/p>\n

Nous continuons de travailler sur des applications d\u00e9cisives en mati\u00e8re d’intelligence artificielle afin de’am\u00e9liorer le travail de demain, gr\u00e2ce notamment \u00e0 de passionnantes innovations dans le domaine de l’intelligence artificielle vocale.<\/p>\n

Webex Audio Intelligence : la prochaine \u00e9tape en mati\u00e8re de communications vocales<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Depuis l’\u00e9mergence des communications vocales num\u00e9riques en r\u00e9seau, les exigence de base se sont av\u00e9r\u00e9es relativement simples : capturer la parole en temps r\u00e9el \u00e0 l’aide de microphones, la coder pour la transmettre, l’acheminer vers les terminaux, la d\u00e9coder, puis la restituer aux auditeurs. Toutes les fonctions de base, telles que la normalisation du volume, la suppression de l’\u00e9cho, l’encodage pour \u00e9conomiser la bande passante et r\u00e9sister aux pertes au niveau des transmissions par paquet, ainsi que l’adaptation \u00e0 une myriade de dispositifs de sortie, ont \u00e9volu\u00e9 r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, mais sans susciter un grand enthousiasme au cours du dernier quart de si\u00e8cle. Le r\u00e9el engouement est pour maintenant car nous int\u00e9grons une v\u00e9ritable intelligence audio aux communications et \u00e0 la collaboration.<\/p>\n

Les flux vocaux contiennent une multitude d’informations qui traduisent l’intention<\/a>, l’identit\u00e9, la localisation, l’accent et d’autres d\u00e9tails imbriqu\u00e9s dans les flux sonores. La disponibilit\u00e9 de capacit\u00e9s de calcul en temps r\u00e9el moins co\u00fbteuses, l’\u00e9mergence d’algorithmes fond\u00e9s sur des r\u00e9seaux neuronaux, ainsi que la refonte de la conception de l’interface homme-machine, introduisent des changements radicaux. Cisco r\u00e9alise des investissements importants et durables dans l’intelligence audio afin d’alimenter la prochaine g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de syst\u00e8mes Webex. \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 qu’il est naturel et efficace d’utiliser des commandes vocales (autrement dit, le langage naturel) pour nous interfacer avec des machines et g\u00e9rer notre vie quotidienne, l’utilisation de l’IA vocale s’est consid\u00e9rablement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

    Webex Assistant for Devices permet de piloter les r\u00e9unions et les appareils \u00e0 l’aide de la voix, sans aucune intervention, afin de r\u00e9pondre aux besoins les plus courants des salles de r\u00e9union. Nous offrons d\u00e9sormais cette comp\u00e9tence \u00e0 nos partenaires et d\u00e9veloppeurs d’applications afin d’\u00e9largir les exp\u00e9riences des utilisateurs et de prendre en charge davantage d’utilisations possibles en activant la plateforme Webex Assistant Skills<\/a>. Cela englobe notamment la documentation, des API, ainsi que des bo\u00eetes \u00e0 outils permettant de cr\u00e9er des applications personnalis\u00e9es pour leurs propres organisations et leurs utilisateurs ou clients en exploitant l’intelligence de Webex Assistant. En outre, tous nos utilisateurs peuvent d\u00e9sormais configurer Webex Assistant for devices afin d’\u00e9changer en anglais, en fran\u00e7ais ou en espagnol.<\/p>\n

Ce mois-ci, nous avons franchi une \u00e9tape majeure en supprimant le bruit de fond de 16 milliards de minutes de r\u00e9unions<\/a>. Avec la fonction d’intelligence audio Webex : My Voice Only<\/a>, <\/strong>nous allons au-del\u00e0 de la suppression des bruits de fond gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des innovations ax\u00e9es sur la d\u00e9-r\u00e9verb\u00e9ration, l’am\u00e9lioration de la qualit\u00e9 de la parole et la s\u00e9paration de la voix.
