Bien avant que le monde du travail ne soit frapp\u00e9 de plein fouet par la plus grande crise sanitaire du si\u00e8cle, on envisageait d\u00e9j\u00e0 la fin des \u00e9v\u00e8nements \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle lors de la crise financi\u00e8re de 2008. L\u2019arriv\u00e9e de la pand\u00e9mie a finalement servi de catalyseur \u00e0 un changement plus qu\u2019attendu au sein du secteur de l&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e8nementiel.<\/p>\n<p>La participation en personne n&rsquo;\u00e9tant plus possible, les responsables d&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nements ont \u00e9t\u00e9 contraints de basculer vers le virtuel et de repenser l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience de l&rsquo;utilisateur final, ainsi que la mani\u00e8re de l&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer. Les \u00e9v\u00e8nements virtuels ont radicalement chang\u00e9 la fa\u00e7on dont les organisateurs accueillent leur public et interagissent avec lui. Ce basculement vers le virtuel profite \u00e9galement aux participants\u00a0: \u00e9conomies r\u00e9alis\u00e9es sur les frais de d\u00e9placement, sur le temps pass\u00e9 loin du travail et de la famille, possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019effectuer plusieurs t\u00e2ches en m\u00eame temps, plus de flexibilit\u00e9 pour participe \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes sessions en direct et \u00e0 la demande, et mise en relation avec d\u2019autres collaborateurs \u00e0gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des r\u00e9seaux sociaux comme LinkedIn, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Les avantages des \u00e9v\u00e8nements virtuels n\u2019ont fait que confirmer la sensation grandissante que les super-conf\u00e9rences du pass\u00e9 \u00e9taient trop grandes, trop difficiles \u00e0 organiser et trop co\u00fbteuses pour toutes les personnes impliqu\u00e9es, pour des avantages plus que minimes Pensez simplement aux co\u00fbts.
