Toutefois, de nombreuses entreprises et leurs employ\u00e9s passent d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 un mode de travail hybride, et les \u00e9quipes naviguent \u00e0 tout moment entre le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, le bureau et le travail en d\u00e9placement. Pour les g\u00e9rer, des habitudes in\u00e9dites et un nouvel \u00e9tat d\u2019esprit vont devoir \u00eatre adopt\u00e9s. Dans ce nouvel univers du travail, les aspirations du personnel doivent \u00eatre prioritaires, au risque de le voir partir pour des entreprises plus novatrices et mieux adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9volution des besoins de leurs employ\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00ab\u00a0Selon 55\u00a0% des employ\u00e9s, le fait de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de conditions de travail flexibles influence leur d\u00e9cision de rester dans l\u2019entreprise.\u00a0\u00bb &#8211; Gartner<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2><strong>Fournir \u00e0 tous une exp\u00e9rience inclusive, juste et \u00e9quitable<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Imaginez ce que vous pourriez ressentir si vous \u00e9tiez la seule personne en t\u00e9l\u00e9travail \u00e0 assister \u00e0 une r\u00e9union en visioconf\u00e9rence, alors que tous les autres y participent en personne au bureau&#8230; Ou si tous les participants anglophones \u00e0 une visioconf\u00e9rence parlaient tr\u00e8s vite alors que l\u2019anglais n\u2019est pas votre sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9&#8230; Ou encore si, pendant une discussion par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone avec votre manager, les aboiements de son chien vous emp\u00eachaient d\u2019entendre la moiti\u00e9 de ce qu\u2019il vous dit&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Telle est la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s en t\u00e9l\u00e9travail. Un grand nombre d\u2019entre nous ont probablement rencontr\u00e9 ce genre de situation pendant la pand\u00e9mie, mais gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la puissance d\u2019une nouvelle technologie de collaboration, nous pouvons d\u00e9sormais offrir \u00e0 tous des <strong>exp\u00e9riences plus inclusives et justes<\/strong><strong><\/strong>, ind\u00e9pendamment de la r\u00e9gion g\u00e9ographique, du lieu de travail ou de la langue. Les nouvelles technologies offrent des transcriptions en temps r\u00e9el, la suppression des voix en fond et des syst\u00e8mes de salles qui pr\u00e9sentent individuellement chaque participant \u00e0 une r\u00e9union sur une grille \u2014 <strong>o\u00f9 qu\u2019ils se trouvent, tous les individus peuvent participer de fa\u00e7on \u00e9quitable.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Burn out des employ\u00e9s | Fournissez un environnement bienveillant centr\u00e9 sur l\u2019empathie et le bien-\u00eatre<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Le surmenage d\u00fb au t\u00e9l\u00e9travail est devenu un r\u00e9el probl\u00e8me pour de nombreux employ\u00e9s qui travaillent \u00e0 distance depuis plus d\u2019un an. Selon une r\u00e9cente \u00e9tude du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gartner.com\/smarterwithgartner\/hr-should-watch-out-for-3-challenges-driving-remote-work-fatigue\/\">cabinet d\u2019analyse Gartner<\/a>, <strong>93\u00a0% <\/strong><strong>des responsables RH se disent de plus en plus pr\u00e9occup\u00e9s par le burn out des employ\u00e9s.<\/strong> L\u2019\u00e9tude met en lumi\u00e8re trois facteurs de stress \u00e0 l\u2019origine de ce burn out\u00a0: les distractions num\u00e9riques, la surcharge virtuelle et la difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 se d\u00e9connecter.<\/p>\n<p>Pour all\u00e9ger le sentiment de burn out des employ\u00e9s, les dirigeants devront commencer par <strong>adopter eux-m\u00eames de nouveaux comportements<\/strong> qui autoriseront les employ\u00e9s \u00e0 se d\u00e9connecter, \u00e0 faire des pauses entre les r\u00e9unions et \u00e0 s\u2019\u00e9loigner de leur ordinateur et ne plus penser au travail pendant une heure ou quelques jours. Ensuite, ils devront adopter une nouvelle technologie de collaboration qui aide les employ\u00e9s et les \u00e9quipes \u00e0 \u00e9viter le burn out gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.webex.com\/people-insights.html\">insights priv\u00e9s et d\u00e9taill\u00e9s<\/a> qui favorisent un meilleur \u00e9quilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie priv\u00e9e, ainsi que le bien-\u00eatre personnel. Ces insights permettent par exemple aux employ\u00e9s de conna\u00eetre le nombre de r\u00e9unions auxquelles ils participent en dehors des heures de travail qu\u2019ils se sont fix\u00e9es, de savoir qui ils rencontrent le plus souvent dans l\u2019\u00e9quipe et d\u2019\u00e9valuer s\u2019ils se r\u00e9servent suffisamment de temps pour eux-m\u00eames.<\/p>\n<p>Il faudrait \u00e9galement envisager de mettre \u00e0 la disposition des \u00e9quipes une application de bien-\u00eatre. Par exemple, ici chez Cisco, nous avons mis en place un partenariat avec <a href=\"https:\/\/newsroom.cisco.com\/feature-content?type=webcontent&#038;articleId=2169373\">Thrive Global<\/a> pour int\u00e9grer son application Reset \u00e0 Webex. L\u2019application aide les employ\u00e9s \u00e0 adopter de nouvelles habitudes pour am\u00e9liorer le bien-\u00eatre et la r\u00e9silience mentale. Les utilisateurs de Webex peuvent t\u00e9l\u00e9charger des modules Reset sur des sujets tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rents \u2014 pour les aider \u00e0 se concentrer sur la respiration, \u00e0 m\u00e9diter sur les aspects positifs de leur vie, \u00e0 recentrer des probl\u00e8mes ou tout simplement \u00e0 se lever et faire des \u00e9tirements.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>La s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans le monde d\u2019apr\u00e8s la pand\u00e9mie<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Alors que les remploy\u00e9s reprennent le chemin du bureau, des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/interactive\/2020\/health\/coronavirus-maps-and-cases\/\">cas de COVID-19<\/a> continuent d\u2019appara\u00eetre dans le monde, et la situation reste extr\u00eamement pr\u00e9occupante dans de nombreux pays. Les dirigeants devront par cons\u00e9quent mettre en place de nouvelles strat\u00e9gies et technologies, ainsi que de nouveaux protocoles, et m\u00eame modifier la disposition des bureaux pour <strong>s\u2019assurer que les employ\u00e9s travaillent en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/strong> De nombreuses entreprises utilisent des d\u00e9tecteurs d\u2019occupation des salles, des signal\u00e9tiques et des notifications pour respecter les limites de jauge et les calendriers de nettoyage des salles. Les dirigeants peuvent de plus avoir recours \u00e0 des communications fr\u00e9quentes pour que les employ\u00e9s qui viennent au bureau comprennent que leur bien-\u00eatre est la priorit\u00e9 num\u00e9ro un et pour rappeler au personnel que ces mesures sont mises en place pour pr\u00e9server leur sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Diriger avec empathie et un esprit pionnier <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Le bien-\u00eatre des employ\u00e9s doit \u00eatre la priorit\u00e9 num\u00e9ro un <\/strong>alors que nous avan\u00e7ons dans cette nouvelle \u00e8re du travail hybride.
