Le produit VQ Conference Manager (VQCM) est une solution qui a permis \u00e0 de nombreux clients de d\u00e9ployer et g\u00e9rer la plateforme Cisco Meeting Server (CMS) \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle. <\/em><em>Ces<\/em><em> 15\u00a0derniers mois ont chang\u00e9 notre mani\u00e8re de travailler. Le travail hybride est devenu la nouvelle normalit\u00e9 puisqu\u2019il est de moins en moins n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019\u00eatre physiquement au bureau. Il est d\u00e9sormais inconcevable de ne pas avoir recours aux r\u00e9unions en visio, un outil professionnel qui s\u2019est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Quelle est<\/strong><strong> la particularit\u00e9 de VQ Conference Manager 3.8\u00a0?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>VQ Conference Manager\u00a03.8 facilite l\u2019adoption du nouvel univers du travail hybride multiplateforme d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui. Quatre nouvelles fonctionnalit\u00e9s en sont essentiellement la raison\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Facilit\u00e9 du partage des informations sur les espaces et r\u00e9unions sp\u00e9cifiques aux r\u00f4les et acc\u00e8s pratique aux appels d\u2019un simple clic sur un lien<\/li>\n<li>Prise en charge des utilisateurs locaux dans des environnements ne disposant pas d\u2019Active Directory<\/li>\n<li>Nouvelles am\u00e9liorations apport\u00e9es aux tableaux de bord de gestion des r\u00e9unions (bande passante des participants, fonctions renomm\u00e9es et contr\u00f4le automatique du gain)<\/li>\n<li>Nouvelles am\u00e9liorations apport\u00e9es \u00e0 la programmation des r\u00e9unions r\u00e9currentes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sans oublier que la version\u00a03.8 ouvre la voie \u00e0 deux mises \u00e0 jour \u00e0 venir, 3.8.1 et 3.8+. Avec VQCM 3.8.1, il sera possible de positionner les volets et VQCM 3.8+ prendra en charge la fonctionnalit\u00e9 de bouton unique (OBTP, One-Button-To-Push).<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 VQ Conference Manager\u00a03.8, la mise \u0153uvre des services bas\u00e9s sur CMS est \u00e0 la fois plus simple et plus rapide. Par ailleurs, l\u2019adoption est davantage g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9e, car le produit est bien plus simple d\u2019emploi. Finalement, VQ Conference Manager vous permet de mieux rentabiliser votre investissement CMS, et ce, plus rapidement<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00c0 quoi s\u2019attendre tr\u00e8s prochainement\u00a0?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Alors que nous terminons l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2021 pour nous projeter en 2022, les th\u00e8mes de travail de VQ restent en phase avec la strat\u00e9gie CMS de Cisco,\u00a0 notamment&#8230;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Des versions de VQCM homologu\u00e9es le Gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral am\u00e9ricain<\/li>\n<li>La consolidation des services d\u2019annuaire TMS de Cisco et la fonctionnalit\u00e9 de gestion des appareils dans VQCM<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019automatisation de la gestion des appareils\u00a0; les processus sont actuellement manuels, chronophages et chers<\/li>\n<li>La possibilit\u00e9 pour les clients d\u2019int\u00e9grer des services vid\u00e9o bas\u00e9s sur CMS avec des outils et des services professionnels essentiels via des API VQ<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019actualisation avec des tableaux de bord de nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration pour permettre les analyses int\u00e9gr\u00e9es de VQCM<\/li>\n<li>VQCM en tant que solution Kubernetes native pour permettre la migration vers le cloud en fonction des besoins des clients<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>T\u00e9moignage d\u2019un client satisfait de VQ et Cisco <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Cas r\u00e9cent\u00a0: un client de VQ dans une administration am\u00e9ricaine dispose de tr\u00e8s nombreuses passerelles d\u2019appel CMS.<\/p>\n<p>Le client d\u00e9pend de TMS qui n\u00e9cessite un chemin de migration et a besoin de rapports de performance des services tr\u00e8s fr\u00e9quents.
