Nous assistons pprocho\u00e0ns d\u2019 l\u2019une des derni\u00e8res \u00e9tapes de l\u2019\u00e9laborationphases des r\u00e9\u00e8glementations f\u00e9d\u00e9rales act\u00e9es d\u00e9cid\u00e9es par le gouvernement des \u00c9tats-Unis en mati\u00e8re de gestion des appels d\u2019urgence et qui entreront en vigueur le 6 janvier 2022. Ces lois ont notamment pour objectif d\u2019assurer \u00e0 toute personne composant  lele 911, l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 un syst\u00e8me t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique multi-lignes (MLTS), d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 pour les entreprises dont les employ\u00e9s travaillent depuis des r\u00e9seaux de campus ou des r\u00e9gions \u00e9loign\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Qu\u2019est-ce qui change pour les appels d\u2019urgence 911\u00a0 ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>L\u2019an dernier, la loi Kari est entr\u00e9e en vigueur<\/strong>, pr\u00e9voyant qu\u2019en cas d\u2019appele composition du 911, cet appell\u2019appel soit doit \u00eatre dirig\u00e9 vers le point d\u2019acc\u00e8s de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 publique (PSAP) appropri\u00e9, sans que l\u2019usager n\u2019ait \u00e0 composer deun pr\u00e9fixe\u00a0: , lele \u00ab\u00a09\u00a0\u00bb par exemple. Elle demande \u00e9galement qu\u2019une notification soit envoy\u00e9e \u00e0 toute personne susceptible de la voir l\u2019usager ou de l\u2019entendre (notamment les postes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9). S\u2019il existeHors quelques exceptions, le principe reste quele m\u00eame\u00a0: la notificationon doit inclure une alerte mentionnant qu\u2019&rsquo;un appel au 911 a \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9, affiche un num\u00e9ro de rappel valide et pr\u00e9sente des informations relatives \u00e0 la localisation de l\u2019usager, similaires \u00e0 cellestelle que fournies par le PSAP. De plus, la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tapephase 1 de la <strong>loi Ray Baum <\/strong>pr\u00e9voyaitit que le MLTS fournisse au PSAP local une localisation d\u2019appoint pour les appareils fixes et sur site. Le cloud de Webex Calling et de Unified Communications Manager (UCM) fournit d\u00e9j\u00e0 une solution \u00e0 ces obligations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le 6 janvier 2022, la deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tapephase 2 de la loi Ray Baum entrera en vigueur<\/strong>, pr\u00e9voyant qu\u2019une localisation d\u2019appoint pour les appareils mobiles et hors site soit transmise au PSAP appropri\u00e9 avec chaque appel au 911 au PSAP appropri\u00e9. La localisation d\u2019appoint peut comprendre l\u2019adresse de l\u2019usager et des informations suppl\u00e9mentaires, comme un num\u00e9ro d\u2019l\u2019\u00e9tage ou dela porte, utile pour localiser\u00e0 la localisation de l\u2019usager.<\/p>\n<p>Comme vous pouvez l\u2019imaginer, dans un monde o\u00f9 le travail hybride est la norme, il peut \u00eatre difficile de savoir o\u00f9 se trouvent vos employ\u00e9s vos employ\u00e9s sont pr\u00e9sents et quand ils peuvent avoir besoin d\u2019effectuer un appel d\u2019urgence. Le cloud de Webex Calling et de Unified Communications Manager (UCM) propose d\u00e9sormais Nomadic E911 avec assistantsupport dynamique de localisation pour aider votre organismeation \u00e0 se conformer aux derni\u00e8res r\u00e9glementations.<\/p>\n<h2>Comment l\u2019application Webex accompagne-t-elle ce changement\u00a0 ?<\/h2>\n<p>Avec les services Nomadic E911, Webex fournira une information de localisation pr\u00e9cise aux services de secours lorsqu\u2019un employ\u00e9 utilise l\u2019application Webex, ou encore un autre appareil de type t\u00e9l\u00e9phone IP par exemple, afin d\u2019assurer une r\u00e9ponse rapide et cibl\u00e9e sur un lieu d\u00e9termin\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019application Webex et les appareils, en cas de pr\u00e9sence sur le r\u00e9seau de campusun campus, fournissent une localisation bas\u00e9e sur la typologie de r\u00e9seau telle que configur\u00e9e par l\u2019administrateur syst\u00e8me. Le syst\u00e8me d\u00e9tecte l\u2019identit\u00e9 du r\u00e9seau de la connexion, comme le BSSID pour les points d\u2019acc\u00e8s sans fil, les adresses des appareils physiques (MAC) ou les sous-identifiants IP et utilise la cartographie telle que configur\u00e9e par les administrateurs pour identifier pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment la localisation de l\u2019usager.<\/p>\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, un nombre important d\u2019employ\u00e9s travaillent \u00e0 distance, depuis leur domicilechez eux, depuis leur caf\u00e9 pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 ou encore depuis la biblioth\u00e8que localedu quartier. L\u2019application Webex demandera \u00e0 ces employ\u00e9s d\u2019indiquer leur adresse actuelle ainsi qu\u2019une validation, qui deviendraet de la valider, afin qu\u2019elle devienne une composante des appels d\u2019urgence. Webex enregistrera cette adresse afin qu\u2019elle soit automatiquement identifi\u00e9e comme adresse connue lorsque l\u2019utilisateur s\u2019y trouve.<\/p>\n<p>Les appels d\u2019urgence effectu\u00e9s depuis des t\u00e9l\u00e9phones portables ne sont pas g\u00e9rdirig\u00e9s par Webex et utiliseront le service de r\u00e9seau op\u00e9rateur sans fil pour d\u00e9terminer leura localisation et les transmettre l\u2019appel au 911 vers le PSAP.<\/p>\n<p>En conformit\u00e9 avec l\u2019obligation de notification pr\u00e9vue par la loi Kari, votre administrateur syst\u00e8me peut configurer les informations sur le dispositif et sur les acteursparties \u00e0 alerter par mail ou par SMS lorsqu\u2019un appel d\u2019urgence est effectu\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Nomadic E911 fait d\u00e9sormais partie de votre Webex Calling actuelexistant (instance d\u00e9di\u00e9e et multi-utilisateurs) et du forfait Cloud UCM pour tous vos utilisateurs bas\u00e9s aux \u00c9tats-Unis.
