Avant, il \u00e9tait question de travailler n\u2019importe o\u00f9, \u00e0 n\u2019importe quel moment et de mani\u00e8re fluide. C\u2019est encore plus d\u2019actualit\u00e9 aujourd\u2019hui et les entreprises en font <u>leur<\/u> principale pr\u00e9occupation. La mobilisation et l\u2019innovation des \u00e9quipes informatiques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 extraordinaires. Elles ont permis aux entreprises, h\u00f4pitaux, \u00e9coles et administrations de continuer \u00e0 fonctionner pendant la crise, permettant \u00e0 des millions de personnes de travailler \u00e0 distance et en \u00e9quipe. Le <strong><br \/>\n  <a href=\"http:\/\/futureofwork.webex.com\/\">travail du futur<\/a> <\/strong>est d\u00e9j\u00e0 l\u00e0\u00a0!<\/p>\n<h2><span><br \/>\n  <strong>Optimisme pour les entreprises<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Mais quelle sera la prochaine \u00e9tape\u00a0? Je suis optimiste et je suis persuad\u00e9 que nous avons l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 de d\u00e9finir un meilleur avenir, surtout si l\u2019on met en applications les enseignements tir\u00e9s pendant la crise sanitaire. Et heureusement, je ne suis pas le seul \u00e0 penser cela\u00a0: dans une enqu\u00eate flash men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de 100 professionnels des affaires et de l\u2019informatique \u00e0 travers le monde, <span><br \/>\n  <strong>74% d\u2019entre eux ont pr\u00e9dit que leurs entreprises sortiraient encore plus fortes<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/span>, malgr\u00e9 les d\u00e9fis rencontr\u00e9s pendant cette p\u00e9riode.<\/p>\n<p>Cette <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cisco.com\/c\/dam\/en\/us\/solutions\/collateral\/collaboration\/fow-flash-survey.pdf\">derni\u00e8re \u00e9tude<\/a> s\u2019est concentr\u00e9e sur ce \u00e0 quoi ressemblera le travail apr\u00e8s la pand\u00e9mie, mettant \u00e0 jour une pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente enqu\u00eate sur la transformation de l\u2019espace du travail men\u00e9e de d\u00e9cembre 2019 \u00e0 janvier 2020 aupr\u00e8s de 1\u00a0500\u00a0personnes dans 12\u00a0pays diff\u00e9rents. Ils ont besoin d\u2019\u00eatre connect\u00e9s de <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.cisco.com\/collaboration\/building-bridges-to-possible-webex-helps-teams-stay-connected-productive-and-highly-secure\">la fa\u00e7on la plus s\u00fbre, flexible et productive qui soit<\/a>, n\u2019importe o\u00f9 et \u00e0 n\u2019importe quel moment.<\/p>\n<p>Ceci refl\u00e8te les principaux d\u00e9fis relev\u00e9s par les collaborateurs en situation de t\u00e9l\u00e9travail\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>82\u00a0% ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 avoir besoin d\u2019une assistance informatique accrue,<\/li>\n<li>77% \u00e9taient soucieux de la qualit\u00e9 du service client et de sa satisfaction,<\/li>\n<li>Par ailleurs 76% craignaient une perturbation du flux de travail et des processus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les organisations qui ont obtenu les meilleurs r\u00e9sultats cette ann\u00e9e sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement plus avanc\u00e9es dans la transformation de leurs lieux de travail et ont adh\u00e9r\u00e9 aux nouveaux modes de travail. Le fait de disposer d\u2019architectures informatiques solides leur a permis d\u2019\u00e9valuer rapidement la situation et de r\u00e9pondre efficacement afin de relever ces nouveaux d\u00e9fis. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une meilleure visibilit\u00e9 sur leurs r\u00e9seaux, ils ont pu r\u00e9agir rapidement aux menaces de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 imminentes, tout en prenant en charge les collaborateurs en t\u00e9l\u00e9travail.<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons tous entendu parler des attaques informatiques contre les organisations expos\u00e9es, ou contre les plateformes non pr\u00e9par\u00e9es \u00e0 la transition vers le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail. Nous avons \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 t\u00e9moins de r\u00e9ussites d\u2019organisations qui ont su surmonter ces d\u00e9fis\u00a0: leur point en commun est qu\u2019elles ont toutes investi dans des architectures informatiques digitalis\u00e9es, automatis\u00e9es et hautement s\u00e9curis\u00e9es. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une flexibilit\u00e9 et mobilit\u00e9 sans faille, les organisations, tous secteurs confondus, ont su assurer leur continuit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2><span><br \/>\n  <strong>Exp\u00e9riences connect\u00e9es pour les collaborateurs <\/strong><br \/>\n<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9volution spectaculaire du pourcentage des collaborateurs en t\u00e9l\u00e9travail a cr\u00e9\u00e9 des d\u00e9fis inattendus\u00a0: la disparition des \u00e9changes informels de type discussion \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la machine \u00e0 caf\u00e9. Mais nous constatons que de bonnes pratiques ont vu le jour pour responsabiliser les collaborateurs\u00a0: 67% ont mis en place des rencontres sociales par visioconf\u00e9rence pour pallier au manque d\u2019interactions sociales en face \u00e0 face et 54\u00a0% ont mis en place des canaux de chat social.<\/p>\n<p>Les organisations ont \u00e9galement mis le collaborateur au centre de leur pr\u00e9occupation\u00a0: Pr\u00e8s de 9\u00a0responsables sur 10 (87\u00a0%) ayant r\u00e9pondu \u00e0 l\u2019enqu\u00eate ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 avoir d\u00fb mettre davantage l\u2019accent sur le bien-\u00eatre des collaborateurs et l\u2019\u00e9quilibre entre vie priv\u00e9e et vie professionnelle \u00e0 la suite de la pand\u00e9mie. Pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 de ces responsables ont affirm\u00e9 que cette tendance se maintiendrait \u00e0 long terme. En outre, 53\u00a0% des r\u00e9pondants consid\u00e8rent que la confiance et la valorisation des collaborateurs seront maintenus \u00e0 long terme. Cette attention port\u00e9e aux collaborateurs repr\u00e9sente un point positif durant cette p\u00e9riode difficile.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 long terme, la confiance restera une constante dans l\u2019avenir du travail\u00a0: un peu plus de 60\u00a0% des collaborateurs pensent qu\u2019un plus grand nombre de collaborateurs se verront proposer des modes de travail flexibles\/ \u00e0 distance et 49\u00a0% affirment que le fait de permettre des heures de travail flexibles sera maintenu \u00e0 long terme.<\/p>\n<h2><span><br \/>\n  <strong>Cisco Webex\u00a0: Pr\u00e9sent \u00e0 tout moment<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Webex est fier d\u2019avoir aid\u00e9 ses clients avant et pendant la pand\u00e9mie, en facilitant tous types de collaboration. Qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse de r\u00e9unions individuelles, remue-m\u00e9ninges en groupe, d\u2019it\u00e9rations cr\u00e9atives en temps r\u00e9el, de partage documentaire ou m\u00eame d\u2019\u00e9changes informels. Et Webex dispose d\u2019une s\u00e9curit\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9e de bout en bout \u00e0 laquelle vous pouvez faire confiance.<\/p>\n<p>Je pense que les technologies de collaboration sont essentielles, \u00e0 l\u2019heure o\u00f9 nous entamons une nouvelle duplication du travail. Associ\u00e9 \u00e0 des architectures informatiques modernis\u00e9es, Cisco Webex a fait ses preuves \u00e0 plusieurs reprises, et est pr\u00eat \u00e0 relever de nouveaux d\u00e9fis pour r\u00e9volutionner les modes de travail. Malgr\u00e9 ces derniers mois, je suis ravi du r\u00f4le qu\u2019a jou\u00e9 la technologie de Cisco dans le fonctionnement des entreprises et de tout <em>l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me<\/em>.
