Pr\u00e9c\u00e9dement cette l\u2019ann\u00e9e, nous avons lanc\u00e9 Webex Edge for Devices<\/a> avec notre version CE\u00a09.10 du logiciel Webex Rooms. Cela a permis aux administrateurs de connecter facilement leurs appareils enregistr\u00e9s sur place \u00e0 la plateforme Webex, offrant ainsi un ensemble de fonctionnalit\u00e9s am\u00e9lior\u00e9es, dont l\u2019analyse des appareils et les diagnostics pour les salles de r\u00e9union install\u00e9es sur place.<\/p>\n

La solution audio Webex Edge for Devices apporte l\u2019exp\u00e9rience la plus moderne de Webex \u00e0 tout appareil, quelle que soit la mani\u00e8re dont il est install\u00e9. Ce nouveau mod\u00e8le de d\u00e9ploiement a suscit\u00e9 un engouement \u00e9tonnant, engendrant \u00e0 son tour un large \u00e9ventail de demandes de fonctionnalit\u00e9s. Je ne saurais donc \u00eatre plus r\u00e9joui \u00e0 l\u2019id\u00e9e d\u2019annoncer un nouvel ensemble de fonctionnalit\u00e9s que les clients de Webex Edge for Devices recevront de la plateforme Webex.<\/p>\n


\n Cr\u00e9er plus de confort pour les administrateurs et les utilisateurs finaux<\/strong>

La version\u00a09.12.3 offre la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019utiliser un serveur proxy HTTPS sur l\u2019appareil, pour se connecter \u00e0 la plateforme Webex. Cela donne plus de libert\u00e9 aux administrateurs pour autoriser, \u00e0 travers des serveurs proxy, un flux de donn\u00e9es au moment o\u00f9 ces derni\u00e8res quittent leur r\u00e9seau d\u2019entreprise ! <\/p>\n


\n Pour les r\u00e9unions Webex\u00a0<\/strong>
\n<\/span><\/h2>\n

Les deux fonctions suivantes sont li\u00e9es \u00e0 la solution de visioconf\u00e9rence Webex Meetings. D\u00e9sormais, les clients peuvent directement rechercher une salle de r\u00e9union personnelle PMR (Personal Meeting Rooms) sur les appareils qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 associ\u00e9s \u00e0 Webex Edge for Devices. Et ce, par le biais du bouton \u00ab\u00a0Join Webex\u00a0\u00bb. Cela permet de rejoindre encore plus facilement les r\u00e9unions Webex\u00a0!<\/p>\n

\n Pour les administrateurs<\/span>
\n<\/strong><\/h2>\n

L\u2019autre fonction de Webex Meetings est destin\u00e9e aux administrateurs. Lorsque vous avez besoin de d\u00e9panner un appareil, vous pouvez d\u00e9sormais acc\u00e9der aux m\u00eames donn\u00e9es que celles enti\u00e8rement enregistr\u00e9es dans le nuage, dont disposent nos syst\u00e8mes. Cela inclut des diagnostics d\u00e9taill\u00e9s, et ce pour toutes les r\u00e9unions Webex, minute apr\u00e8s minute, sur diff\u00e9rents param\u00e8tres de qualit\u00e9 comme la perte de paquets, le jitter, la latence et m\u00eame la r\u00e9solution\u00a0!<\/p>\n

La suite est \u00e9norme. Nos clients nous ont demand\u00e9, il y a un certain temps, la date \u00e0 laquelle ils pourront configurer les appareils \u00e0 partir du portail de gestion Control Hub. Eh bien, ce moment est venu\u00a0! Avec la CE\u00a09.13, les clients peuvent opter pour des configurations contr\u00f4l\u00e9es depuis le Control Hub, au lieu de le faire depuis le gestionnaire de communications unifi\u00e9es de Cisco ou le r\u00e9seau de management TMS. Cela fait v\u00e9ritablement du Control Hub la vitrine unique pour g\u00e9rer tout les flux de travail. Vous pourrez \u00e9galement bient\u00f4t \u00e9diter l\u2019ensemble des configurations du Control Hub. Ce syst\u00e8me, associ\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019API de configuration \u00e0 venir, permet de rendre vos appareils plus programmables si vous souhaitez apporter des modifications importantes.<\/p>\n

La derni\u00e8re fonctionnalit\u00e9 que je souhaite mentionner n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 que r\u00e9cemment mise en place, \u00e0 savoir les espaces de travail \u00ab\u00a0Workspaces\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0! Il m\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 demand\u00e9 si cela fonctionne \u00e0 la fois pour les espaces de travail enregistr\u00e9s dans le nuage et pour Webex Edge for Devices. La r\u00e9ponse est Oui\u00a0! La solution Workspaces transmet des mesures en temps r\u00e9el, directement de vos espaces de travail \u00e0 Control Hub, et apporte de la valeur \u00e0 chaque activit\u00e9 de travail.
