Le monde qui nous entoure fait actuellement face \u00e0 de nombreuses crises. En ce 28\u00a0octobre\u00a02020, nos premi\u00e8res pr\u00e9occupations sont le COVID-19 et, bien s\u00fbr, les sans-abri et les personnes qui souffrent de la faim. Cisco a pour engagement d\u2019apporter son aide pour lutter contre tous<\/strong> ces probl\u00e8mes (reportez-vous \u00e0 notre article<\/a> sur nos contributions pour aider les sans-abri, ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 notre engagement<\/a> \u00e0 aider nos clients \u00e0 lutter contre le COVID-19). Mais savez-vous qu\u2019il existe un autre probl\u00e8me aux \u00c9tats-Unis, que ces crises amplifient de diff\u00e9rentes mani\u00e8res\u00a0? Ce probl\u00e8me est l\u2019incarc\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n

Alors que les \u00c9tats-Unis ne repr\u00e9sentent que 4\u00a0% de la population mondiale, ils comptabilisent 25\u00a0% de la population carc\u00e9rale mondiale, soit 2,2\u00a0millions de personnes\u00a0! En outre, plus de 9,3\u00a0millions de personnes aux \u00c9tats-Unis font l\u2019objet de programmes de suivi probatoire dans le cadre de leur r\u00e9insertion sociale. TRACKTech les aide \u00e0 se concentrer en priorit\u00e9 sur les participants aux programmes qui ont besoin d\u2019un accompagnement. Ils peuvent ainsi superviser davantage de condamn\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re efficace et avec moins de ressources. Prior to re-joining Cisco, he was VP of Product at Truveta - a Seattle healthcare technology startup seeking to Save Lives with Data. At Truveta, Jono\u2019s team built the core product that enabled healthcare data to be brought together from many disparate healthcare systems and sources, then harmonized and anonymized for the purposes of advanced clinical research at a scale never seen before\u2013 all while protecting patient privacy. Throughout his career, Jono has held a variety of technology and business roles \u2013 from Microsoft where he helped start the Office 365, SharePoint Online and the Azure Active Directory businesses, to his previous roles with Cisco where he built teams to tackle a wide range of healthcare, collaboration and business development and strategy problems. Outside of work, Jono is on the executive board for Therapeutic Health Services, a Seattle-area non-profit that supports individuals and families manage mental health and substance abuse to help them lead healthy and productive lives in their communities. He is also on the Executive Council for iUrban Teen, a STEM+Arts education program that brings together underrepresented teens and young adults for career exploration and mentoring. Jono was born and raised in Vancouver, Canada. He originally moved to Seattle for an internship with Microsoft in 2004 and has never left! Jono has always enjoyed the outdoors \u2013 spending time skiing in the winters and camping in the summer.
