Et bien, nous voil\u00e0 en train de vivre cette situation dans la vie r\u00e9elle. En pleine pand\u00e9mie mondiale, l’enseignement de la maternelle au baccalaur\u00e9at a \u00e9t\u00e9 contraint de passer exclusivement en ligne, sans v\u00e9ritable pr\u00e9paration ni formation pour les enseignants, les parents ou les \u00e9l\u00e8ves. Les efforts mis en place pour maintenir le rythme en d\u00e9pit d’un arr\u00eat complet des activit\u00e9s nous obligent tous \u00e0 r\u00e9\u00e9valuer ce qu’est \u00ab l’\u00e9cole \u00bb \u2014 et ce qu’elle pourrait \u00eatre.<\/p>\n


\n Repenser l’\u00e9ducation<\/strong>
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Les enseignants, les \u00e9l\u00e8ves et les parents se rendent compte que le simple transfert du programme scolaire sur un \u00e9cran ne fonctionne pas toujours. Les mod\u00e8les d’apprentissage hybrides doivent permettre de nouvelles formes d’interaction et d’engagement. L’apprentissage va bien au-del\u00e0 de la le\u00e7on – l’avenir appartient \u00e0 \u00ab l’\u00e9ducation \u00e0 domicile \u00bb.<\/p>\n

L’\u00e9ducation consiste \u00e0 transmettre des connaissances accompagn\u00e9es d’exp\u00e9riences \u00e9motionnelles.<\/a>. L’apprentissage ne se limite pas aux faits. Certes, l’enseignement \u00e0 distance existe depuis des d\u00e9cennies, mais l’accent a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 mis sur l’enseignement traditionnel, le mat\u00e9riel en ligne jouant un r\u00f4le de soutien.<\/p>\n


\n Une exp\u00e9rience de laboratoire mondiale<\/strong>
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Cela signifie qu’il faut se passer des structures fixes de l’\u00e9cole (la cloche, l’horloge et la salle de classe physique) tout en tirant parti de ce que ces m\u00e9canismes offrent : la structure, la collectivit\u00e9 et l’interaction sociale. Les enseignants lisent directement les expressions faciales et le langage corporel de chaque \u00e9l\u00e8ve ; ils utilisent la salle de classe pour diffuser une le\u00e7on \u00e0 un groupe d’\u00e9l\u00e8ves simultan\u00e9ment tout en \u00e9tant en mesure de les observer individuellement.<\/p>\n

Toutes ces op\u00e9rations peuvent \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9es en ligne : la vid\u00e9o, le son, la capacit\u00e9 de se rassembler, la possibilit\u00e9 de contacts individuels et d’apprentissage \u00e0 son propre rythme. Il sera d\u00e9sormais essentiel d’int\u00e9grer ces technologies dans le cadre familial. Cela exige de la flexibilit\u00e9 avec le programme et de la patience avec le processus – cette qualit\u00e9 dont les enseignants regorgent.<\/p>\n

Nous avons une g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de jeunes qui sont parfaitement \u00e0 l’aise avec les technologies, et nous disposons d’une intelligence artificielle pour affiner les programmes d’\u00e9tudes de mani\u00e8re individuelle.
