Je ne pouvais plus distinguer que les bandes blanches le long de la route. \u00ab\u00a0Me voil\u00e0 dans de mauvais draps, pourquoi ai-je fait \u00e7a et comment est-ce que je vais me sortir de l\u00e0\u00a0?\u00a0\u00bb, ai-je imm\u00e9diatement pens\u00e9. Mais qu\u2019en est-il de tous les autres \u00e9l\u00e9ments qui composent votre syst\u00e8me t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique\u00a0: flux d\u2019appels entrants, forfaits de num\u00e9rotation sortants, configurations de sonneries\/d\u2019appels de groupe, dispositions entre dirigeants et assistants, fonctions d\u2019appels multilignes et int\u00e9grations d\u2019applications m\u00e9tier critiques\u00a0?
