Mais tous ne atteignent pas cet objectif, m\u00eame s\u2019ils pr\u00e9tendent \u00eatre des entreprises centr\u00e9es sur la client\u00e8le. Selon le sondage de Cisco sur le centre de contact international, 53 pour cent des centres de contacts se rapportent \u00e0 un cadre <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cisco.com\/c\/en\/us\/products\/contact-center\/index.html\"><\/a>CX et 72 pour cent des d\u00e9cideurs du centre de contact rapportent que l\u2019exp\u00e9rience de leurs clients, fragments, est l\u2019un de leurs 5 principaux d\u00e9fis<span class=\"normaltextrun\"> commerciaux. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\"><span class=\"normaltextrun\">Le d\u00e9calage entre ce \u00e0 quoi les clients s\u2019attendent et ce qu\u2019ils en ont en fait s\u2019agrandit, les clients continuent d\u2019\u00eatre moins tol\u00e9rants et plus susceptibles d\u2019abandonner une marque &#8211; m\u00eame apr\u00e8s une seule mauvaise exp\u00e9rience. La mise en place d\u2019une culture centr\u00e9e sur le client commence par faire de CX une priorit\u00e9 strat\u00e9gique pour votre entreprise et le c\u0153ur des valeurs de votre entreprise.
