In addition to building both hardware and software products, Chris founded a company focused on purpose-built appliances for the VDI market. His passion has always been in building products that change and disrupt markets to evolve conventional thinking. At Cisco, Chris and his team are responsible for the commercial viability of the cloud-based Webex Contact Center in the Cisco Contact Center business unit. Chris studied Applied Psychology and Human Factors before it was coined as contemporary UX from Arizona State University.
