En repensant \u00e0 l\u2019ann\u00e9e que nous venons de passer avec Webex Calling<\/a>, je n\u2019en reviens pas de l\u2019impact consid\u00e9rable que nous avons eu aupr\u00e8s de nos clients et partenaires. Webex Calling a permis de rester en contact de tant de mani\u00e8res diff\u00e9rentes pendant encore une ann\u00e9e difficile. Nous avons connect\u00e9 des intervenants de premi\u00e8re ligne avec des gens dans le besoin, des repr\u00e9sentants gouvernementaux qui devaient prendre des d\u00e9cisions importantes, de grands groupes pendant les Jeux olympiques de\u00a02021 \u00e0 Tokyo, sans oublier tous ceux qui, comme vous et moi, devaient chaque jour se connecter pour du travail hybride.<\/p>\n

Dans l\u2019ensemble, nous avons connect\u00e9 39\u00a0millions d\u2019utilisateurs d\u2019appels cloud h\u00e9berg\u00e9s par nos partenaires et Cisco, et pris en charge 8\u00a0milliards d\u2019appels par mois. De toute \u00e9vidence, les appels continuent d\u2019\u00eatre un moyen de communication essentiel et permettent d\u2019avoir, en temps r\u00e9el, des conversations qui ne peuvent pas attendre la r\u00e9ception d\u2019un SMS ou la date d\u2019une r\u00e9union programm\u00e9e. L\u2019ann\u00e9e pass\u00e9e, nous avons consid\u00e9rablement \u00e9tendu notre pr\u00e9sence mondiale, puisque Webex Calling est \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent disponible dans 85\u00a0pays et que le programme CCP (Cloud Connected PSTN) est propos\u00e9 par nos partenaires dans 65\u00a0pays. Parall\u00e8lement, nous \u00e9largissons actuellement la disponibilit\u00e9 des forfaits Cisco Calling<\/a> avec davantage d\u2019options de connectivit\u00e9 RTCP dans encore plus de r\u00e9gions du monde. Les num\u00e9ros de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone peuvent \u00eatre command\u00e9s ou port\u00e9s depuis un point central gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 Control Hub. Le mois dernier, avons annonc\u00e9 l\u2019ajout de six nouveaux pays de l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne. En d\u00e9cembre, nous avons annonc\u00e9 la disponibilit\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de trois autres pays de l\u2019UE\u00a0: la Lituanie, le Luxembourg et la Su\u00e8de. L\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, nous avons facilit\u00e9 l\u2019achat en ligne d\u2019appels cloud en quelques minutes<\/a> sur Webex.com. Nous avons aussi commercialis\u00e9 la Suite\u00a0Webex, qui permet aux clients de profiter du meilleur de Webex pour les appels, les r\u00e9unions, les messages et bien plus encore. Ils peuvent aussi s\u00e9lectionner des forfaits d\u2019appels ou de r\u00e9unions individuels. Concernant nos partenaires et fournisseurs de services, nous avons simplifi\u00e9 la proc\u00e9dure d\u2019offre, pour qu\u2019il soit plus facile de traiter avec Cisco. Les partenaires disposent \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent d\u2019une offre Webex Calling unique pour tous, personnalisable en fonction des performances et des besoins du march\u00e9. Ainsi, nos clients b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d\u2019une plus grande homog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9 et d\u2019une valeur sup\u00e9rieure de leur service Webex Calling.<\/p>\n

Facilit\u00e9 de d\u00e9ploiement des appels cloud<\/h2>\n

Tout en nous concentrant sur l\u2019optimisation de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience d\u2019achat, nous avons \u00e9galement fait en sorte qu\u2019il soit plus facile pour les clients de migrer vers le cloud avec Webex. Nous avons r\u00e9alis\u00e9 combien la situation \u00e9tait devenue complexe en raison de la mont\u00e9e en puissance du travail hybride et de l\u2019augmentation du nombre de clients souhaitant d\u00e9ployer des solutions d\u2019appels cloud. Nous devions simplifier le processus. Pour ce faire, nous avons r\u00e9cemment lanc\u00e9 une instance d\u00e9di\u00e9e pour Webex Calling, qui repose sur la pile de contr\u00f4les des appels Cisco Unified Communications Manager. Int\u00e9gr\u00e9e \u00e0 Webex Calling, l\u2019instance d\u00e9di\u00e9e b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie des services de la plateforme Webex. Ce mois-ci, nous avons lanc\u00e9 la fonctionnalit\u00e9 d\u2019int\u00e9gration de l\u2019audio, par laquelle Webex Calling rationalise l\u2019appel dans Webex Meetings. Lorsque vous appelez pour rejoindre une r\u00e9union depuis un appareil Webex Calling, l\u2019appel reste dans le cloud Webex, plut\u00f4t que d\u2019\u00eatre achemin\u00e9 via le r\u00e9seau RTPC.
