Thomas dirige notre offre CPaaS pour les prestataires de services dans toute la r\u00e9gion EMEAR. Alors que le MWC\u00a02022 s\u2019annonce, il a r\u00e9sum\u00e9 les raisons pour lesquelles il pense que les prestataires de services peuvent profiter de l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 que repr\u00e9sentent les CPaaS.<\/p>\n<p>Richard Branson a d\u00e9clar\u00e9\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0<em>Si quelqu\u2019un vous donne une belle opportunit\u00e9 mais que vous n\u2019\u00eates pas qualifi\u00e9 pour, acceptez-la. Vous apprendrez apr\u00e8s.<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb Cette citation c\u00e9l\u00e8bre d\u00e9crit parfaitement la situation des prestataires de services vis-\u00e0-vis de l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 que repr\u00e9sentent les plateformes de communication en tant que service (CPaaS).<\/p>\n<p>Le march\u00e9 des CPaaS se d\u00e9veloppe \u00e0 une vitesse exponentielle\u00a0; IDC pr\u00e9voit qu\u2019il atteindra 17,7\u00a0milliards de dollars d\u2019ici\u00a02024. Tous secteurs confondus, les entreprises exploitent d\u00e9j\u00e0 les API et les capacit\u00e9s de communication en temps r\u00e9el offertes par les fournisseurs de CPaaS pour transformer leur mani\u00e8re d\u2019interagir et de fournir des services \u00e0 leurs clients.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019enjeu pour les prestataires de services est de d\u00e9terminer comment tirer le maximum de l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 des CPaaS lorsqu\u2019ils provisionnent sur leurs r\u00e9seaux les supports de communication sous-jacents tels que les messages SMS, RCS et l\u2019utilisation des donn\u00e9es mobiles n\u00e9cessaires pour fournir des exp\u00e9riences client conversationnelles riches et engageantes.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Partenariats avec les fournisseurs CPaaS \u2013 la voie \u00e0 suivre<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Dans son rapport consacr\u00e9 aux 4\u00a0piliers essentiels \u00e0 la r\u00e9ussite des t\u00e9l\u00e9communications sur le march\u00e9 des CPaaS, Garner d\u00e9clare que les prestataires de services ne peuvent plus se contenter de compter sur une croissance organique lorsqu\u2019ils cr\u00e9ent ou \u00e9largissent leur offre CPaaS.<\/p>\n<p>Ils doivent plut\u00f4t chercher \u00e0 \u00e9tablir un partenariat de plateforme avec des fournisseurs de CPaaS pour cr\u00e9er une proposition de valeur qui int\u00e8gre des capacit\u00e9s CPaaS dans leurs offres, tout en formant leur personnel pour les pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 devenir fournisseur. La question qui se pose est de savoir quel type de plateforme CPaaS privil\u00e9gier.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Webex Connect \u2013 une offre CPaaS doublement avantageuse <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Webex Connect est une solution CPaaS d\u2019entreprise qui propose une plateforme centralis\u00e9e unique pour cr\u00e9er et g\u00e9rer enti\u00e8rement des applications d\u2019engagement client.<\/p>\n<p>Ce produit fournit un ensemble d\u2019outils \u00e9tendu qui demande un minimum de code. Ainsi, les d\u00e9veloppeurs, architectes de solution, responsables produit et autres utilisateurs de l\u2019entreprise peuvent s\u2019approprier l\u2019exp\u00e9rience client qui les concerne et ainsi acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la mise sur le march\u00e9. La plateforme agit comme un liant entre les syst\u00e8mes de backend et les canaux de communication avec les clients, permettant ainsi de fournir des parcours client complets qui pr\u00e9servent le contexte au fil du temps et de ces canaux.<\/p>\n<p>Webex Connect se distingue par sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre deux probl\u00e8mes pour les prestataires de services. Premi\u00e8rement, ils ont la possibilit\u00e9 de mettre en \u0153uvre leurs propres initiatives de transformation de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience client, et deuxi\u00e8mement, ils peuvent provisionner Webex Connect pour leurs entreprises clientes.<\/p>\n<p>Webex Connect offre \u00e0 leurs entreprises clientes une plateforme d\u2019engagement client compl\u00e8te qui met en lumi\u00e8re, regroupe et mon\u00e9tise leurs propres API et capacit\u00e9s r\u00e9seau tout en leur permettant d\u2019assurer des revenus via les frais de licence.<\/p>\n<p>De plus, les prestataires de services peuvent tirer profit des nouvelles opportunit\u00e9s de messagerie num\u00e9rique. L\u2019utilisation de canaux tels que WhatsApp et Apple Messages for Business pour les relations commerciales et l\u2019engagement client ne cesse d\u2019augmenter. He is a fan of complex topics like compliance &amp; privacy, monetisation of Collaboration APIs and codesigning product strategies for cloud deployments. Since joining Cisco in 1999, Johan has held various positions, including engineering, business development, sales and management. A pivotal moment happened when Johan joined the Cloud focused team in 2009, only 1 year after Cisco acquired Webex. He thoroughly understands the SaaS and on-premise business and how Cisco now embraces our journey to the cloud through native and hybrid deployments. Johan was also responsible for go-to-market strategies for various collaboration products in EMEAR and has been awarded the top 1% tech champions reward at Cisco in 2012. During his leadership roles, he received multiple manager excellence awards, making him part of the top 10% of Cisco people managers. Outside of Cisco, Johan loves teaching Python and Scratch to his 3 kids, loves transformational plays and thrives on change and a good challenge. He holds a bachelor and masters degree in engineering, ran his own VoIP broker business startup and is a proud online gamer.
