Safely returning to events in a hybrid world
After two years of virtual-only experiences, the world is ready for a return to in-person events – I know I am! As we look forward to attending conferences, sporting events, concerts, and so much more, businesses are turning to technology to help them ensure a safe return to in-person gatherings.
We are proud to announce that Webex and CLEAR are working together to provide a safe and seamless way to help people return to in-person events.
Even before in-person events were put on hold, check-in processes and gaining entry to events could be a pain point for event staff and attendees alike. Together, Webex Events (formerly Socio) and CLEAR’s Health Pass, are enabling simple, effective ways for organizations and businesses to manage health protocols and comply with vaccine regulations at events.
Webex Events provides a flexible platform for event management that helps to safeguard in-person experiences with contactless solutions for registration, check-in, badge printing, and attendee networking.
“At Webex, we host, sponsor, and participate in hundreds of events every year. We are excited to know that Webex Events and CLEAR can help us navigate some of the new complexities associated with the return to in-person events.” –Emmanuel Gotsis, Head of Global Events, Webex
CLEAR Health Pass takes the complexity out of proof of vaccination with a frictionless way for attendees to upload their COVID-19 vaccination information, negative COVID-19 tests or even fill out online health surveys before events. After connecting a users’ identity with their proof of vaccination or test history, CLEAR provides a simple red or green screen to show whether a person meets the local public health guidelines for entrance to industry conferences, concerts, restaurants, and more.
Together, Webex and CLEAR are providing a frictionless event experience to help businesses and organizations ensure the safety of their teams, customers, and attendees in a hybrid world.
