WebexOne 2022 | Innovators Inspire Next Collaboration Era

Most people couldn’t have imagined how work changed over the past few years. Yet some innovative thinkers saw an opportunity to improve how we work and collaborate—despite previously perceived obstacles. As we enter a new, even more, complex phase where companies are determining how to better support and optimize a workforce that wants to work wherever, we created a fantastic agenda full of diverse and talented speakers ready to share their experiences at WebexOne 2022, our third annual user conference.

Join us for the free, two-day collaboration and customer experience event of the year—hosted on our own Webex Events platform. WebexOne features eight tracks with 41 insightful sessions and opening and closing keynotes focused on hybrid work and customer experiences. Attendees can also access technical training courses and level up with these powerful learning opportunities.

Working it! New rules of engagement for the future of work

We are excited to welcome bestselling author and popular TED talk speaker Adam Grant to the stage to close out Day 1 of WebexOne. This pivotal conversation will talk about the future of work, the office, how we can build a better work life, and the science of how to make work not suck.

Creating Delightful Fan Experiences in a Hybrid World

And to close out Day 2 of WebexOne, the McLaren Racing team will discuss creating unique fan experiences in a hybrid world.

Making work, work

Maybe most interesting for you will be our customer-focused sessions that dig into how business and technology leaders are overcoming hybrid work challenges and exploring new opportunities, thanks in part to Webex solutions. For instance, more businesses are shifting their collaboration workloads from on-prem phone systems to cloud calling, and this is a good thing: The cloud delivers the flexibility needed to support and simplify the “work from anywhere, on any device” promise. We’ve also created an entire track to help you create memorable, elevated customer experiences with personalization and intelligent contact centers.

Here are just a few of the sessions I’m most excited about.

Forecasting what’s next for hybrid work

Hybrid work is now a driving force in employee retention and satisfaction. Organizations realize they must adapt workspaces to support all types of remote, mobile, and in-office workers. In this executive panel, you’ll get current perspectives on how companies view hybrid work, what the future could hold, and what it all means for organizations and their employees. These invaluable insights will help you act in your organization and optimize your hybrid work efforts.

Unleashing meeting productivity

With distributed workforces, it can be challenging to know how involved meeting attendees are. Meetings are often essential to foster company culture, but do you ever wonder what people in your meeting are thinking? With Slido, you can take polls during your meetings and field questions to find out in real-time. Arlen Love, Senior Customer Experience Manager at T-Mobile, will share tips and tricks to make your meetings more inclusive, engaging, and transparent with the improved Slido polling integration in Webex Meetings and Webinars. It’s time to transform meetings from mandatory meetups to collaboration cornerstones!

Achieving optimized security in a connected world

Security is always a concern, and when it comes to successful collaboration in a hybrid work world, security is a critical foundation. Threats will continue to evolve daily, and so must collaboration solutions to protect users, content, applications, and devices. In this session, Janaki Rao, CTO of Premier America Credit Union (PACU), joins Cisco security experts Niraj Gopal and Raj Kumar to discuss how Webex offers the most complete set of tools to help reduce risk and ensure compliance.

Simplifying management with single page-of-glass visibility

Workspaces are evolving from a desktop in an office to a tabletop in a café to a corner in a home office, and IT managers must also evolve to monitor and maintain those workspaces. Webex devices and Control Hub come together to create a dream team: collaboration tools that work great in any location, managed by a single pane of glass. In this session, Cisco’s Odd Arild Skaflestad, Amy Watanabe, and the University of Wollongong’s Solution Architect David Arnold will share more about troubleshooting with hybrid teams, performing updates across dispersed workspaces, and pulling detailed analytics into device performance.

Solving contact center challenges

Digital transformation has long been a topic for IT leaders, but the pandemic has one critical need — retaining customers and delivering exceptional experiences. For many customers, Webex Contact Center enabled them to make the massive shift to modernized and personalized customer interactions. This session will detail the challenges businesses faced and how Webex Contact Center addressed them. PACU CTO Janaki Rao will also speak in a session to share his contact center industry experience and explain how partnering with a single vendor for your business communication and collaboration needs can ultimately create the best customer experience.

Future-proofing customer loyalty

For many businesses, there is nothing more important than customer relationships. In this session, Ramy Riad, Head of Future Messaging at Cisco, and Craig Lennon, Partnerships Lead, Business Communications & Infrastructure at Google, will talk about how customers use digital channels to better connect with their customers and build relationships. Giving customers personalized interactions and engaging them with relevant communications is the key to maintaining customer loyalty and keeping customers happy with your business.

Hearing from our team

Not only have we lined up many fascinating speakers from our customer and analyst partners, but members of the Webex leadership team will also share our most recent innovations across products and solutions and new partnerships with industry-leading innovators.
