Webex Academy
Webex Academy is the new best-in-class learning hub for the Webex Suite, with content for Webex customers and partners to learn how to manage, optimize, and successfully adopt Webex’s collaboration solutions.
To make learning easier and help users track and manage their courses and activities, we’re combining learning content for Webex Events, Polling with Slido, and Video Messaging with Vidcast with the Webex Meetings, Webex Messaging, and Webex Calling content from golearn.webex.com into one new learning home, Webex Academy.
golearn.webex.com has become academy.webex.com, with a new look and completely redesigned navigation to make it easier for Webex customers to find the learning content they need.
In Webex Academy, users can watch quick, on-demand solution tutorials, enroll in detailed e-learning courses, register for monthly virtual classes and sessions, and earn badges to show off their accomplishments and expertise.
Here’s an overview of what Webex Users, Webex Admins, and Cisco Partners can expect from the Webex Academy:
- Webex Users can access short video tutorials to get up to speed quickly on key features in the Webex Suite. Once they’ve learned the basics, they can enroll in e-learning courses to level up their skills and elevate their hybrid work experience using advanced features and inspirational best practices.
- Webex Admins can gain a full overview of Webex configuration in Control Hub, from setting up the basics of their organization to enabling advanced functionality for Webex Calling, Webex Meetings, Webex Webinars, and Webex Messaging.
- Cisco Partners can utilize Webex Academy to fulfill their credential requirements to sell and support Webex Calling with learning options that suit their needs. They can also access continued education on Webex Calling and special topics like Dedicated Instance. Partners can also take advantage of all the Webex learning content available to users and share with their own customers to help drive learning and adoption.
