Quello che \u00e8 sorprendente del mercato CPaaS non \u00e8 solo la crescita prevista, ma anche la promessa che applicazioni basate su CPaaS possano consentire ad aziende e relativi clienti di essere pi\u00f9 vicini che mai.<\/p>\n<p>CPaaS rappresenta un set di servizi di comunicazione basati sul cloud che forniscono elementi fondamentali per portare funzionalit\u00e0 vocali, video, di messaggistica multimediale, intelligenza artificiale e analisi nelle applicazioni che utilizziamo ogni giorno.\u00a0 Pensa a quando hai utilizzato il video per condurre una visita sanitaria virtuale con il tuo medico o hai utilizzato una chat bot bidirezionale in tempo reale per richiedere un preventivo a una compagnia assicurativa. Nella sua attuale forma, \u00e8 semplicemente troppo difficile per le aziende usarla con facilit\u00e0. Coloro che sviluppano applicazioni basate su CPaaS sono disconnessi dall&#8217;esperienza per utenti finali.
