My areas of expertise within collaboration include business process redesign, asynchronous &amp; synchronous collaboration tools, use cases, voice of the user\/customer, time &amp; motion studies, adoption &amp; change management. Prior to joining Cisco, I spent twelve years with global management consulting firm, Accenture, where I was a founding member of their Portals, Content, and Collaboration group. As an executive in that group, I helped enterprise customers with their transition from the static Web 1.0 to the dynamic Web 2.0, with a focus on enterprise portals, enterprise content management, and collaboration tools. I continued that evolution at Cisco, taking customers to the next level, where I now help guide them and promote the value of transitioning to the emergent world of virtual, continuous teamwork, driven by video meetings, messaging, file sharing, and white boarding.
