Por um lado, as experi\u00eancias do cliente que superam as expectativas podem catapultar as empresas para o sucesso massivo sem grandes investimentos em marketing. Em contraste, os efeitos de uma intera\u00e7\u00e3o insatisfat\u00f3ria do cliente com seu gar\u00e7om em um restaurante ou uma intera\u00e7\u00e3o contenciosa com seu provedor de TV a cabo podem causar problemas muito al\u00e9m da receita perdida com aquela pessoa.<\/p>\n<p>Pense naquela pessoa contando uma hist\u00f3ria sobre sua experi\u00eancia para a fam\u00edlia, amigos, colegas de trabalho. Ou pior, com alguns cliques em um servi\u00e7o de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o como o Yelp, Google ou Facebook, a reputa\u00e7\u00e3o da sua empresa pode ser manchada para sempre.<\/p>\n<p>O ritmo acelerado dos servi\u00e7os de tecnologia, nuvem e IA\/ML permite que empresas de qualquer tamanho entendam essas experi\u00eancias adversas em tempo real e tomem medidas imediatas.
