Aprimoramento do fluxo de trabalho<\/h2>\n

Desde o in\u00edcio da pandemia, o uso de ferramentas de colabora\u00e7\u00e3o digital aumentou 74%, com base em pesquisas realizadas pela Futurum Research<\/a>. O trabalho remoto, j\u00e1 adotado por ag\u00eancias federais e suas equivalentes da sociedade civil, continuar\u00e1 conforme evolui para modelos de trabalho h\u00edbrido. \u00c0 medida que esses modelos evoluem, as ag\u00eancias federais precisar\u00e3o expandir seus recursos de colabora\u00e7\u00e3o com suas equivalentes, mantendo a capacidade de controlar o acesso a esses ecossistemas e manter sua postura de seguran\u00e7a de dados, incluindo medidas de prote\u00e7\u00e3o contra perda de dados.<\/p>\n

Este m\u00eas, o Webex expandiu os recursos de colabora\u00e7\u00e3o do Webex for Government (FedRAMP Moderate), permitindo que os usu\u00e1rios FedRAMP enviem mensagens e compartilhem arquivos com usu\u00e1rios comerciais do Webex e outras organiza\u00e7\u00f5es FedRAMP. \u00c9 importante observar que, embora esses recursos tenham se expandido, o teste de recurso que estamos disponibilizando este m\u00eas, o \u201cGuests Invited\u201d, mant\u00e9m a postura de seguran\u00e7a de dados imposta pela organiza\u00e7\u00e3o Webex for Government que deu in\u00edcio ao processo. Guests Invited: estendendo o ecossistema de colabora\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h2>\n

O recurso Guests Invited \u2013 uma inova\u00e7\u00e3o no setor \u2013 remove a barreira para que os usu\u00e1rios do Webex for Government colaborem com usu\u00e1rios fora de sua organiza\u00e7\u00e3o. Ao estender os limites de colabora\u00e7\u00e3o e se afastar de um ecossistema de colabora\u00e7\u00e3o isolado, os titulares da licen\u00e7a FedRAMP podem aumentar sua produtividade e colaborar com in\u00fameros\u200b prestadores de servi\u00e7os, fornecedores e parceiros por meio de um aplicativo \u00fanico, f\u00e1cil de usar e integrado \u2013 o mesmo aplicativo que eles usam todos os dias. Consequentemente, o organizador poder\u00e1 usar pol\u00edticas de reten\u00e7\u00e3o, eDiscovery e ferramentas de preven\u00e7\u00e3o de perda de dados nas mensagens e arquivos compartilhados com usu\u00e1rios convidados, mas as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es convidadas n\u00e3o poder\u00e3o fazer o mesmo. O Webex documentar\u00e1 a falta de capacidade de conformidade a todos os clientes comerciais na Disponibilidade Geral do recurso Guests Invited no processo de inclus\u00e3o do convidado. Ao usar o recurso Guests Invited, as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es m\u00e9dicas e de benef\u00edcios m\u00e9dicos, por exemplo, podem interagir com profissionais de sa\u00fade e seguradoras para o gerenciamento de cuidados, benef\u00edcios ou reembolsos. She holds an electrical and systems engineering bachelor\u2019s degree from Carleton University and an engineering management master\u2019s degree from Southern Methodist University. Radhi resides in Texas and enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two children.
