Como em grande parte do mundo, a vida come\u00e7ou a mudar de uma forma que ningu\u00e9m poderia ter previsto.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMudamos muito rapidamente para o confinamento\u201d, afirmou Andrew Coster, comiss\u00e1rio da pol\u00edcia da Nova Zel\u00e2ndia (NZP).<\/p>\n<p>O comiss\u00e1rio Coster e a NZP tiveram um papel fundamental a desempenhar na resposta COVID-19 do pa\u00eds e precisavam transformar rapidamente a forma como se comunicavam e realizavam as coisas.<\/p>\n<p>Aproveitando o Webex, a pol\u00edcia da Nova Zel\u00e2ndia conseguiu disseminar informa\u00e7\u00f5es cr\u00edticas e responder a incidentes em tempo real, 24 horas por dia, sete dias por semana.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"New Zealand Police\u2019s rapid response during the global health crisis\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Yaw7YBTWIfo?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Resposta r\u00e1pida com videoconfer\u00eancia inteligente<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u201cImediatamente, tivemos que confiar muito mais na tecnologia para comunica\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d, afirmou Coster.<\/p>\n<p>O CIO da NZP, Rob Cochrane, concorda com o sentimento: \u201cA pandemia nos desafiou a pensar de forma diferente. N\u00e3o t\u00ednhamos escolha\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Com financiamento do <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cisco.com\/c\/en\/us\/about\/country-digital-acceleration.html\">programa Country Digital Acceleration (CDA)<\/a> da Cisco, a for\u00e7a NZP conseguiu prosperar em um ambiente cada vez mais incerto. \u201cTer o suporte e o foco corretos da Cisco nos permitiu fazer mais do que pens\u00e1vamos que ir\u00edamos fazer\u201d, explicou Cochrane.<\/p>\n<p>O Webex capacitou a NZP a escalar significativamente sua comunica\u00e7\u00e3o.
