N\u00f3s tivemos um \u00f3timo di\u00e1logo que se deslvido de como as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es se adaptaram \u00e0 situa\u00e7\u00e3o atual do trabalho remoto, como elas podem manter as coisas em dia e o que isso significa para o futuro do trabalho.<\/p>\n<p>Acho que todos concordou que a transi\u00e7\u00e3o foi um curso de falhas, em tempo real, para as empresas. Embora haja muitas pr\u00e1ticas recomendadas publicadas, ainda houve algum impacto na cultura, pois descobrimos que n\u00e3o apenas as empresas n\u00e3o estavam totalmente preparadas para trabalhar de casa, mas a for\u00e7a de trabalho n\u00e3o estava pronta para trabalhos remotos em tempo integral.<\/p>\n<h2><span><br \/>\n  <strong>Obst\u00e1culos a superar e fazer com que funcione<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9m houve obst\u00e1culos a superar durante a r\u00e1pida mudan\u00e7a para o trabalho remoto, como a garantia de seguran\u00e7a e privacidade.
