\"Futuro<\/p>\n

de mais de 25.000 respondentes em uma recente pesquisa da IBM indicou que eles querem trabalhar remotamente, pelo menos ocasionalmente, ap\u00f3s o covid. E 54% dizem que querem que esta seja a forma principal<\/u> de trabalho. Isso est\u00e1 sendo comparado com os 20% dos funcion\u00e1rios que foram remotos antes do COVID. O que era uma transi\u00e7\u00e3o lenta para novas formas de trabalho agora acelerou para um ponto onde tudo o que <\/strong> <\/span> posso dizer \u00e9: O futuro do trabalho \u00e9 h\u00edbrido\u00a0<\/strong>(1) <\/p>\n

A transforma\u00e7\u00e3o do local de trabalho pr\u00e9-COVID j\u00e1 estava em andamento.
