Alguns redescobriram as alegrias de trabalhar sem as restri\u00e7\u00f5es de um deslocamento, enquanto outros lamentaram a perda das conex\u00f5es encontradas em um escrit\u00f3rio.<\/p>\n<p>Agora, com os escrit\u00f3rios reabrindo em todo o mundo, estamos descobrindo como fazer o trabalho h\u00edbrido funcionar.<\/p>\n<p>Mas, em todos esses cen\u00e1rios, acho que estamos t\u00e3o focados na situa\u00e7\u00e3o de curto prazo \u2013 sobreviver e se adaptar a todo custo \u2013 que n\u00e3o perguntamos como aqueles que fazem o trabalho se sentem sobre dois anos de trabalho diferente. Para usar uma express\u00e3o idiom\u00e1tica, n\u00e3o podemos ver as \u00e1rvores mas n\u00e3o enxergar a floresta.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9 por isso que fiquei t\u00e3o agradavelmente surpreso com o <a href=\"https:\/\/sloanreview.mit.edu\/sponsors-content\/the-new-world-of-work-is-transforming-the-old-social-contracts\/?utm_medium=referral&#038;utm_source=Cisco3&#038;utm_campaign=CSCiscoReport0422\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">recente estudo do <\/a>Webex by Cisco encomendado ao <a href=\"https:\/\/sloanreview.mit.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MIT Sloan Management Review<\/a> sobre trabalho h\u00edbrido. E as gera\u00e7\u00f5es mais jovens n\u00e3o est\u00e3o sofrendo trabalhando remotamente \u2013 na verdade, est\u00e3o prosperando!<\/p>\n<h2>N\u00e3o h\u00e1 como voltar atr\u00e1s no trabalho h\u00edbrido<\/h2>\n<p>Antes de 2020, o tema do futuro do trabalho estava na mente de todos, embora tivesse o apelido de \u201ctransforma\u00e7\u00e3o digital\u201d. Est\u00e1vamos todos trabalhando duro para desenvolver e melhorar as tecnologias para tornar a colabora\u00e7\u00e3o remota e m\u00f3vel uma realidade. Mas esse trabalho era secund\u00e1rio para a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de espa\u00e7os de escrit\u00f3rio cada vez mais ex\u00f3ticos com vantagens projetadas para manter os funcion\u00e1rios no escrit\u00f3rio.<\/p>\n<p>A pandemia mudou tudo isso e, como Jeetu Patel, vice-presidente executivo e Gerente geral de Seguran\u00e7a e colabora\u00e7\u00e3o da Cisco, escreveu em <a href=\"https:\/\/newsroom.cisco.com\/c\/r\/newsroom\/en\/us\/a\/y2022\/m03\/no-turning-back-from-the-hybrid-work-future.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sua an\u00e1lise<\/a> deste estudo, \u201cn\u00e3o h\u00e1 como voltar atr\u00e1s no futuro do trabalho h\u00edbrido\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>O fato de tantos entrevistados confirmarem que o trabalho h\u00edbrido melhora a cultura corporativa diz muito. As preocupa\u00e7\u00f5es que as pessoas tinham sobre arruinar a solidariedade de uma for\u00e7a de trabalho baseada em escrit\u00f3rios parecem ter sido revertidas. Estamos vendo que as pessoas podem ficar conectadas sem precisar estar em um s\u00f3 lugar. E ser distribu\u00eddo pode realmente estar ajudando a eliminar algumas das barreiras para uma cultura inclusiva.<\/p>\n<p>Como diz a express\u00e3o, voc\u00ea n\u00e3o pode ver as \u00e1rvores mas n\u00e3o enxergar a floresta. Agora que as pessoas est\u00e3o fora da \u201cfloresta\u201d, elas t\u00eam uma perspectiva mais clara sobre como fazer com que as rela\u00e7\u00f5es no local de trabalho funcionem melhor. Tanto os funcion\u00e1rios quanto os gerentes est\u00e3o usando essa nova perspectiva para atender \u00e0s necessidades de mudan\u00e7a e explorar novos comportamentos.<\/p>\n<p>Ao mesmo tempo, e de uma forma que melhora ainda mais as coisas, a pesquisa descobriu que \u201ca lideran\u00e7a, n\u00e3o a localiza\u00e7\u00e3o, refor\u00e7a o feedback e o sentimento de pertencimento\u201d. O trabalho remoto deu a executivos e l\u00edderes seniores uma enorme oportunidade de desenvolver novos n\u00edveis de empatia e se conectar com os funcion\u00e1rios. Esta \u00e9 uma descoberta maravilhosa! Acaba com a percep\u00e7\u00e3o err\u00f4nea de que a lideran\u00e7a bem-sucedida \u00e9 baseada apenas na presen\u00e7a f\u00edsica.<\/p>\n<p>Outra das minhas descobertas favoritas do relat\u00f3rio \u00e9 que 67% dos entrevistados acreditam que os l\u00edderes de suas empresas acreditam que as pessoas que trabalham em casa far\u00e3o seu trabalho bem e no prazo. Eu amo isso \u2013 como l\u00edder, trabalhei duro para medir o sucesso com base na produ\u00e7\u00e3o, n\u00e3o no tempo trabalhado. Esse experimento refor\u00e7ou o que sei: os funcion\u00e1rios querem fazer um bom trabalho. Eles se orgulham de um trabalho bem feito e procuram expandir suas habilidades sempre que podem.<\/p>\n<h2>A grande revela\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h2>\n<p>As pessoas falaram longamente sobre a Grande Demiss\u00e3o \u2013 funcion\u00e1rios que largam seus empregos em grande n\u00famero em busca de algo melhor.
