Cisco Recognized as a 2020 Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice for Meeting Solutions

Today, I am pleased to announce that Cisco Webex was again recognized  — this time by our customers — in the Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice for Meeting Solutions.

Cisco Webex was recognized in multiple industries (Education, Services, Public Sector), and across multiple regions (Asia/Pacific, EMEA, Latin America, North America), reflecting our efforts to transform workplaces around the world. This is the third straight Customers’ Choice for Meeting Solutions recognition for Cisco. I think it’s an incredible distinction that I’m honored to share with the team.

The Peer Insights Customers’ Choice is a recognition of meeting solution vendors by verified end-user professionals. Vendor rankings are based on the number of end-user reviews and the overall ratings.

I think 2019 was indeed an incredible year of recognition for Cisco Webex. Back in September, Cisco was named a Leader in the 2019 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Meeting Solutions for the 12th consecutive year. Not long after, in October, Gartner published the 2019 Critical Capabilities report, where Cisco scored highest in three meetings use cases.

We’re just a few weeks into 2020 but as we look ahead, we’ll continue to laser-focus on delivering the best modern experience for customers.
