Now, to the exciting part! I’m extremely proud to announce the winners of the 2020 Webex Customer Awards. We received 125 nominations – ranging from small businesses to large corporations – and the stories we saw were just wonderful. From getting Webex to thousands of employees during a global pandemic to utilizing all the advanced AI features in Webex, each and every story adds another unique layer to how Webex can truly transform the workplace.
So, without further ado, this year’s winners of the 2020 Webex Customer Awards!
This top award celebrates customers who have transformed their workplace using Webex. This year, we celebrate two winners from each of the three regions.
Aon uses Webex to provide cloud collaboration capabilities to 50,000 knowledge workers, worldwide. One application for meetings, messaging and calling, one experience, and fast join times have transformed the workplace for executives, knowledge workers, road warriors, and customer facing staff.
Charles Schwab has modernized the workplace from the top down, with an agile cloud configuration and deployment processes. They’ve doubled Webex Meetings usage and have adopted Webex Edge for devices. They’ve innovated with People Insights and fostered a mindset where end users embrace change.
Allianz Technology transformed collaboration suites in response to the pandemic to enable 140K employees to work remotely. They also used Webex to host town hall meetings with more than 10K participants.
Government of the Netherlands has given all Dutch Government employees access to Webex with 85K registered users through a hybrid on-prem and cloud solution.
Australia Post transformed their workforce to work from home with video conferencing. Webex offered a uniform engagement model that all parts of the business use to connect, communicate, and collaborate resulting in 2M messages per month through Webex.
Cognizant uses Webex to provide a single platform for user experience and management view. Webex associates and customers connected across multiple time zones and geographies.
This global award that recognizes a customer that has most successfully implemented the Webex Platform. Charles Russell Speechlys has streamlined business tools and saved time, money and resources by simplifying workflow processes with Webex. They’ve created frictionless meetings making it easier for users to set up and join calls.
This global award celebrates a small or medium business with the best Webex story. Cahoot Learning uses Webex Events to meet the training and event needs of numerous government and private entities across Australia.
This global award is presented to a customer who has achieved a high adoption rate with Webex. As a result of the pandemic, IBM had to enable most of their 350,000 employees to work remotely, in a very short timeframe. With a focus on the end user experience, NPS scores from the user community are higher than ever.
This global award honors a customer with the best story about implementing Webex in place of a competitor solution.
Sky Limited implemented Webex for 20,000 remote workers as a result of the pandemic, displacing a previous disjointed experience with other vendors. They’ve truly embraced Webex with video endpoints and also Calling. When workers return to the office, they will have conference rooms equipped with some of the latest, cutting-edge Webex devices.
This global award recognizes a customer who demonstrates the best use of innovation with Webex AI features. When the pandemic hit, Maricopa Community Colleges rolled out Webex to 300,000 students and teachers in 3 weeks. They added AI for closed captioning and advanced AI functionality for students and faculty with disabilities or special needs.
These regional awards recognize customers who have created the best customer experience using our contact center solution.
Americas winner: T-Mobile uses the Cisco Contact Center to implement their award winning “Team of Experts” solution.
EMEAR winner: Arnold Clark uses an omnichannel solution that has resulted in significant improvements in call retention and increased revenues.
APJC winner: DBS implemented an omnichannel customer contact center which improved operational efficiency and enhanced customer experience, resulting in faster time to market.
