How to review and update your People Insights profile

Our latest Cisco Webex feature, People Insights, helps you learn more about everyone you collaborate with—and helps them learn more about you, as well. Now bios and recent news, professional history, key company info, and more are all just a click away.

Review your People Insights profile.

We don’t pretend to know you better than you know yourself! People Insights profiles display publicly available information, similar to what can be found in search engine results for someone’s name. Take a moment to look over your profile and make any necessary changes, or create a profile if we don’t have one for you yet.

There are a few different ways to access your People Insights profile:

Update your information.
Put your best foot forward by ensuring your photo, employment, education, and more are up-to-date. If there’s anything you’d rather not share, you can hide individual sections of your profile or the entire thing.

Add or update your bio to share information about your professional background, skills, personal interests—whatever you’d like! You can also add links to your other online profiles including LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.

Make sure your internal directory info is current.
Content provided by your company’s directory integration, which could include things like your reporting structure, title, or contact information, is only visible to people in your organization and can’t be edited within Webex. To make any changes to this content, please update your company’s internal directory.

People Insights is available in Webex Teams and the desktop and mobile versions of Webex Meetings. Check out the People Insights adoption toolkit to get started.
