Whether it’s climbing steep grades in the Tour de France or speeding across finish lines at other cycling races around the world, the German-licensed professional cycling Team DSM is always challenging themselves to perform better and innovate more.

Earlier this year, we were honored to become German-licensed professional cycling Team DSM’s strategic partner and share in their vision of redefining the sport by helping their athletes reach higher standards of performance and be the best that they can be in one of sports most demanding disciplines.​

Since partnering with Webex, Team DSM have been redefining hybrid sports experiences for their team and for their millions of fans around the world. We are so proud to support them in their recent achievements and congratulate their women’s program for their amazing wins in the most prestigious, multi-day, pro-cycling race Giro D’Italia Donne. Webex was also there as part of the team for Team DSM men’s program during the Tour de France. We are so proud of their resilience and making it to the podium during the one of the most challenging stages of the race!

As you can imagine, the coordination of 60 athletes, 500 bikes and 126 races per year makes Team DSM far more than a sports team. It also requires a lot of operations and logistics support to keep the athletes on the road and racing.

Now with Webex as an extended member of their team, cyclists can connect from their homes, team camps or race locations to the large, distributed support staff of coaches, nutritionists, cooks, physical therapists, doctors, and their families. Team DSM also works with many research and development experts and Webex helps keep them stay connected to the team.

Webex also opens the door to a once exclusive experience for their millions of fans who can now have more meaningful interactions with the riders during pre- and post-race media interviews.
