Webex Collaboration Receives an EXCELLENT Rating from PC Magazine and is the Overall Award Winner for CRN’s ARC Report Card
Cisco Webex was recently named CRN’s Overall Winner in the 2019 Annual Report Card (ARC) survey for collaboration and earned an EXCELLENT rating by PC magazine, making it an Editor’s Choice.
The PCMag excellent review is just one of many accolades and awards we have received in the past few months.
CRN, the influential magazine for solution providers and technology integrators proclaimed Cisco Webex as winner overall in the Collaboration category of its 2018 Products of the Year awards, and then, Cisco Collaboration captured the “Overall Win” in the 2019 CRN Annual Report Card (ARC) survey for collaboration. We also swept all the subcategories:

- Support Winner
- Partnership Winner
- Managed & Cloud Services Winner
This is the 34th year that CRN has sent out its survey to solutions providers, to rank the vendors. Solutions providers are the only judges. So, in other words, they like us–they really like us!
When people discover there’s a better way to communicate and collaborate – one that works both as a standalone, or integrated with existing platforms, it becomes an exciting prospect. Not just to those who get to use it and benefit from its synergy-enhancing technology, but even those in accounting, who can see a tangible benefit from an affordable platform.

And what a huge win for Cisco Webex Collaboration! PC Magazine reviewer Daniel Brame took a look at Webex and rated it “EXCELLENT” and based on the “excellent” rating, Webex was named a PC Magazine “Editor’s Choice”.
This article, published on August 7th, highlighting Webex Meetings, was the icing on the cake for a fantastic fiscal FY’19 for Cisco Webex Collaboration.

PCMag.com took a very practical stance, assessing and commenting on the ease of use, the quality of the interface, and the clarity of the communications channel. The writers were also impressed by our pricing models.

- “All sharing features can be used concurrently with video chat, which is helpful and not available on some services.”

So when we saw that PC Magazine gave us an EXCELLENT rating, we wanted to shout out the great news from the rooftops, because their critique is a proof point that we are moving in the right direction of providing the right solutions at the right time at the right price for our customers, and their critique is also a validation of all of our hard work.
Of course, I am biased, because of my love for Cisco Webex Collaboration products and solutions. In my long career in IT-related business, I know what it means to receive top-level reviews from companies like PCMag and CRN and I take their reviews seriously, given their responsibility to their audiences and good standing credibility.
