\/>\n  <strong>\u603b\u4f53\u7ecf\u6d4e\u5f71\u54cd\uff08TEI\uff09\u5206\u6790<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Cisco \u6700\u8fd1\u4e0e Forrester <a href=\"https:\/\/engage2demand.cisco.com\/LP=23054?ccid=cc001193&#038;oid=wprco022929\">\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u9488\u5bf9\u4e00\u5bb6\u9886\u5148\u7684Webex\u4e00\u4ee3\u80fd\u6e90\u548c\u670d\u52a1\u63d0\u4f9b\u5546\u7684\u8054\u7edc\u4e2d\u5fc3<\/a> \u90e8\u7f72\u5f00\u53d1 TEI \u7814\u7a76\u3002 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cisco.com\/c\/en\/us\/products\/contact-center\/webex-contact-center\/index.html\">Webex Contact Center<\/a> \u662f\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u4e91\u539f\u751f\u5168\u901a\u9053\u8054\u7edc\u4e2d\u5fc3\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\uff0c\u5df2\u5728\u5168\u7403\u53ef\u7528\u3002 \u5b9e\u9645\u4e0a\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u5c1d\u8bd5\u4e86\u5404\u79cd\u4f01\u4e1a\u534f\u4f5c\u548c\u8054\u7edc\u4e2d\u5fc3\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u4e2d\u7684&#8221;\u6700\u4f73&#8221;\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u6700\u7ec8\u53d1\u73b0\u4e86\u5e0c\u671b\u7684\u7ed3\u679c\u3002 \u5458\u5de5\u8fc7\u591a\u7684\u6210\u672c\u3001\u7f3a\u4e4f\u4e92\u64cd\u4f5c\u6027\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u56e0\u7d20\u4fc3\u4f7f\u4ed6\u4eec\u5168\u9762\u4e86\u89e3 Cisco \u7684\u534f\u4f5c\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u8054\u7edc\u4e2d\u5fc3\u529f\u80fd\u3002<\/p>\n<p>TEI \u7684\u4e00\u4e9b\u7ed3\u8bba\u975e\u5e38\u9192\u76ee\u3002 \u8be5\u5ba2\u6237\u66fe\u83b7\u5f97 262% \u7684\u6295\u8d44\u56de\u62a5\u53ca 13 \u4e2a\u6708\u7684\u6295\u8d44\u56de\u62a5\u3002 \u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u7684 NPV \u8fbe\u5230 680 \u4e07\u7f8e\u5143\uff0c\u6db5\u76d6\u56db\u7c7b\u4e3b\u8981\u7684\u4ef7\u503c\u521b\u9020\u3002<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u9996\u5148\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u90e8\u7f72 <u>Webex Contact Center \u53ef\u8282\u7701 210<\/u> \u4e07\u7f8e\u5143\uff0c\u5141\u8bb8\u7ec4\u7ec7\u505c\u7528\u591a\u4e2a\u5730\u70b9\u7684 8 \u4e2a\u65e7\u5f0f\u672c\u5730\u90e8\u7f72\u7cfb\u7edf\u3002 \u8fd9\u4e0d\u4ec5\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u5168\u7403\u8054\u7edc\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff0c\u8fd8\u4f7f IT \u652f\u6301\u4eba\u5458\u51cf\u5c11 17 \u4e2a FTE\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u7b2c\u4e8c\u662f <u>\u6d88\u9664\u5bf9\u5916\u5305\u7684\u8054\u7edc\u4e2d\u5fc3\u4ee3\u7406\u7684\u4f9d\u9760\uff0c\u8282\u7701\u4e86 190<\/u> \u4e07\u7f8e\u5143\u7684\u4ee3\u7406\u4eba\u529b\u6210\u672c\u3002 \u65b0\u5e73\u53f0\u51cf\u5c11\u4e86\u4e0e\u4e1a\u52a1\u6d41\u7a0b\u5916\u5305\uff08BPO\uff09\u8054\u7edc\u4e2d\u5fc3\u516c\u53f8\uff08\u54e5\u4f26\u6bd4\u4e9a\u3001\u83f2\u5f8b\u5bbe\u548c\u5370\u5ea6\uff09\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u5408\u540c\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u7b2c\u4e09\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7 <u>\u7b80\u5316\u5ba2\u6237\u670d\u52a1\u652f\u6301\u548c\u54c1\u8d28\u7ba1\u7406\u4eba\u5458\uff0c\u8282\u7701\u4e86 240 <\/u>\u4e07\u7f8e\u5143\u3002 \u4e2a\u5b8c\u5168\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u7cfb\u7edf\u4e0a\u8fdb\u884c\u7c7b\u4f3c\u6d3b\u52a8\u524d\u5747\u9700\u8981\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5458\u5de5\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u7b2c\u56db\uff0c\u6700\u540e\u662f\u66ff\u4ee3\u4e4b\u524d\u7684 \u662f\u6211\u4eec\u5df2\u505a\u51fa\u7684\u6700\u4f73\u6280\u672f\u6295\u8d44\u51b3\u7b56\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>\u7531\u4e8e\u5e95\u7ebf\u662f\u62a5\u9519\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u6bcf\u65e5\u8fd0\u8425\u4e2d\u90fd\u63d0\u4f9b\u8bc1\u660e\u3002 \u4ee5\u4e0b\u662f\u5728 TEI \u5206\u6790\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u5ba2\u6237\u9700\u8981\u8bf4\u660e\u7684\u4e00\u70b9 &#8211;
