UCaaS 12 \u500b\u6708\u4e2d\uff0c\u589e\u5f37\u4e86 1000 \u9ad4\u9a57\u4e5f\u8b93 IT \u7ba1\u7406\u54e1\u80fd\u8f15\u9b06\u5730\u7ba1\u7406\u5404\u7a2e\u5de5\u4f5c\u8ca0\u8f09\u7684\u5206\u6790\u4ee5\u53ca Control Hub \u4e0b\u7684\u5404\u7a2e\u601d\u79d1\u88dd\u7f6e\u3002Webex \u91dd\u5c0d UCaaS \u63d0\u4f9b\u7aef\u5c0d\u7aef\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\u3002<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u96a8\u6642\u96a8\u5730\u63d0\u9ad8\u751f\u7522\u529b\u8207\u5305\u5bb9\u6027\uff1a<\/strong>\u6211\u5011\u7684 AI \u529f\u80fd\u5728\u589e\u5f37 UCaaS \u9ad4\u9a57\u548c\u96a8\u8655\u5de5\u4f5c\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u91cd\u8981\u6027\u8207\u65e5\u4ff1\u589e\u3002\u904e\u53bb\u4e00\u5e74\u6211\u5011\u63a8\u51fa\u4e86\u8a31\u591a\u9818\u5148\u5e02\u5834\u7684\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u964d\u566a\u3001120 \u591a\u7a2e\u8a9e\u8a00\u7684\u5373\u6642\u7ffb\u8b6f\u3001\u624b\u52e2\u8b58\u5225\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u900f\u904e Slido Webex Contact Center \u7522\u54c1\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u4ee5\u5145\u5206\u6eff\u8db3\u5ba2\u6236\u7684\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u4e26\u8207 Webex Suite
