Center Enterprise for Government<\/a> \u7684\u512a\u5148\u9806\u5e8f\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fbf\u8207 JAB \u5408\u4f5c\u9032\u884c\u81e8\u6642\u6388\u6b0a\u64cd\u4f5c (P-ATO)\u3002JAB \u662f FedRAMP \u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u7ba1\u7406\u6a5f\u69cb\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u7f8e\u570b\u570b\u9632\u90e8 (DoD)\u3001\u7f8e\u570b\u570b\u571f\u5b89\u5168\u90e8 (DHS) \u548c\u806f\u90a6\u7e3d\u52d9\u7f72 (GSA)\u3002\u8a72\u90e8\u9580\u6bcf\u5e74\u6703\u9078\u51fa\u7d04 12 \u9805\u8207 JAB \u81e8\u6642\u6388\u6b0a\u64cd\u4f5c (P-ATO) \u5408\u4f5c\u7684\u96f2\u7aef\u7522\u54c1\u3002JAB \u9078\u64c7\u4e86 Webex \u96f2\u7aef\u5ba2\u670d\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff0c\u505a\u70ba\u53ef\u8655\u7406 FedRAMP \u6388\u6b0a\u7a0b\u5e8f\u7684 12 \u9805\u7522\u54c1\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u85c9\u7531\u4f01\u696d\u529f\u80fd\u78ba\u4fdd\u653f\u5e9c\u7684\u8cc7\u8a0a\u5b89\u5168\u6027<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u6709\u4e86 Webex Contact Center Enterprise for Government\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u53ef\u4ee5\u5229\u7528\u6700\u65b0\u5ba2\u670d\u4e2d\u5fc3\u6280\u8853\uff0c\u642d\u914d FedRAMP \u4e2d\u7b49\u5f71\u97ff\u529b\u5c64\u7d1a\u4e4b\u4f01\u696d\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u548c\u8c50\u5bcc\u529f\u80fd\u4f7f\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Webex Contact Center Enterprise for Government \u63d0\u4f9b\u529f\u80fd\u8c50\u5bcc\u548c\u9ad8\u5ea6\u5b89\u5168\u7684\u5ba2\u670d\u4e2d\u5fc3\u670d\u52d9\u3002Webex Contact Center Enterprise \u63a1\u7528\u6700\u65b0\u8cc7\u5b89\u548c\u7db2\u8def\u5a01\u8105\u9632\u8b77\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u53ef\u5b89\u5fc3\u4f7f\u7528\u5de5\u7f8e\u570b\u806f\u90a6\u653f\u5e9c\u8207\u5176\u627f\u5305\u5546\u8207\u76f8\u95dc\u751a\u6240\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u6240\u6709 FedRAMP \u4e2d\u968e\u529f\u80fd\u3002Webex \u5e73\u53f0\u5167\u5efa\u660e\u78ba\u8b58\u5225\u548c\u52a0\u5bc6\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fdd\u8b77\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u53ca\u6240\u6709\u654f\u611f\u8cc7\u8a0a\u3002<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u63d0\u4f9b\u5275\u65b0\u3001\u5b89\u5168\u548c\u7a69\u5b9a\u53ef\u9760\u6027\u7684\u96f2\u7aef\u670d\u52d9<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Webex Contact Center Enterprise for Government \u662f\u4e00\u9805\u53ef\u4f7f\u7528\u5275\u65b0\u7279\u8272\u8207\u529f\u80fd\u7684\u96f2\u7aef\u670d\u52d9\uff0c\u53ef\u517c\u9867\u5404\u9805\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4f01\u696d\u7d1a\u8edf\u9ad4\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u53ef\u9760\u6027\u3001\u7a69\u5b9a\u6027\u548c\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u3002\u9019\u500b\u96f2\u7aef\u670d\u52d9\u53ef\u5feb\u901f\u64f4\u5145\uff0c\u4ee5\u6eff\u8db3\u60a8\u5c0d\u65b0\u9032\u5ba2\u670d\u4eba\u54e1\u548c\u65b0\u529f\u80fd\u7684\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u4e26\u5728\u60a8\u6c7a\u5b9a\u5be6\u4f5c\u6642\u63d0\u4f9b\u6700\u65b0\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u96c6\u5408\u3002Webex \u96f2\u7aef\u904d\u5e03\u5168\u7403\uff0c\u8b93\u60a8\u5b89\u5168\u5b58\u53d6\u9060\u7aef\u5730\u9ede\u3002<\/p>\n<p><a sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1430px) 100vw, 1430px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u9069\u5408\u6700\u56b4\u82db\u60c5\u6cc1\u6240\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u529f\u80fd<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Webex Contact Center Enterprise for Government \u662f\u5c08\u70ba\u5927\u578b\u7d44\u7e54\u91cf\u8eab\u6253\u9020\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u53ef\u5ef6\u4f38\u7684\u64f4\u5145\u80fd\u529b\u3001\u8a73\u7d30\u7684\u5206\u6790\u548c\u53ef\u81ea\u8a02\u7684\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u89aa\u5207\u53c8\u5177\u9ad8\u751f\u7522\u529b\u7684\u5ba2\u670d\u4eba\u54e1\u9ad4\u9a57\u3002\u5ba2\u670d\u4eba\u54e1\u4eba\u6578\u4ecb\u65bc 500 \u5230 24,000 \u4eba\u4e4b\u9593\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u76f8\u540c\u7684\u670d\u52d9\u9ad4\u9a57\u3002Webex \u96f2\u7aef\u67b6\u69cb\u53ef\u8b93\u60a8\u5feb\u901f\u6d41\u66a2\u5730\u65b0\u589e\u5ba2\u670d\u4eba\u54e1\u3002\u5100\u8868\u677f\u6703\u66f4\u65b0\u5206\u6790\uff0c\u5305\u542b\u6b77\u53f2\u8207\u5373\u6642\u8cc7\u8a0a\u3002\u5716\u8868\u3001\u5716\u5f62\u8207\u523b\u5ea6\u8868\u53ef\u8b93\u60a8\u5feb\u901f\u56de\u61c9\u5ba2\u670d\u4eba\u54e1\u6216\u7db2\u8def\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u6539\u5584\u751f\u7522\u529b\u4e26\u63d0\u9ad8\u6210\u529f\u7387\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Webex Contact Center Enterprise for Government \u5177\u6709\u958b\u653e\u67b6\u69cb\uff0c\u5176 API \u53ef\u4f9b\u60a8\u81ea\u8a02\u6574\u5408\uff0c\u5728\u5176\u4ed6\u61c9\u7528\u7a0b\u5f0f\u4e2d\u5efa\u7acb\u5ba2\u670d\u4e2d\u5fc3\u529f\u80fd\u3002\u4f01\u696d\u53ef\u900f\u904e Salesforce\u3001Microsoft Dynamics\u3001Zendesk \u548c ServiceNow \u7b49\u9810\u5148\u5efa\u7acb\u7684\u4f01\u696d\u61c9\u7528\u7a0b\u5f0f\u9023\u63a5\u5668\uff0c\u7c21\u5316\u7a0b\u5e8f\u548c\u5de5\u4f5c\u6d41\u7a0b\uff0c\u4ee5\u63d0\u9ad8\u9023\u63a5\u7387\u4e26\u7e2e\u77ed\u56de\u61c9\u6642\u9593\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Webex Contact Center Enterprise for Government \u7684\u5e7e\u9805\u6838\u5fc3\u529f\u80fd\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u5168\u901a\u8def\u8a9e\u97f3\u3001\u96fb\u5b50\u90f5\u4ef6\u8207\u804a\u5929\u200b<\/li>\n<li>\u6838\u5fc3\u81ea\u52d5\u547c\u53eb\u5206\u914d (ACD)\u200b<\/li>\n<li>\u547c\u53eb\u8207\u8a9e\u97f3\u4fe1\u7bb1\u200b<\/li>\n<li>\u5718\u968a\u5354\u4f5c\u200b<\/li>\n<li>\u6574\u5408\u8a9e\u97f3\u56de\u61c9 (IVR)\u200b<\/li>\n<li>\u5ba2\u670d\u4eba\u54e1\u8207\u4e3b\u7ba1\u684c\u9762\u200b<\/li>\n<li>\u55ae\u4e00\u5e73\u53f0\u7ba1\u7406\u5165\u53e3\u7db2\u7ad9\u200b<\/li>\n<li>\u5831\u544a\u8207\u5206\u6790\u200b<\/li>\n<li>API\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>FedRAMP<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fedramp.gov\/about\/\">\u806f\u90a6\u98a8\u96aa\u8207\u6388\u6b0a\u7ba1\u7406\u8a08\u5283 (FedRAMP)<\/a> \u662f\u4e00\u9805\u653f\u5e9c\u8a08\u756b\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u6a19\u6e96\u5316\u7684\u8cc7\u5b89\u8a55\u4f30\u3001\u6388\u6b0a\u548c\u6301\u7e8c\u76e3\u63a7\u96f2\u7aef\u7522\u54c1\u8207\u670d\u52d9\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002FedRAMP \u53ef\u8b93\u5404\u6a5f\u69cb\u4f7f\u7528\u73fe\u4ee3\u96f2\u7aef\u6280\u8853\u3001\u5f37\u8abf\u806f\u90a6\u8cc7\u8a0a\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u8207\u9632\u8b77\uff0c\u4e26\u5354\u52a9\u52a0\u901f\u63a1\u7528\u5b89\u5168\u96f2\u7aef\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\u3002<em> \u5982\u8981\u9054\u6210 FedRAMP JAB \u81e8\u6642\u6388\u6b0a\uff0c\u670d\u52d9\u4f9b\u61c9\u5546\u5fc5\u9808\u63d0\u4f9b\u9632\u7bc4\u8cc7\u6599\u907a\u5931\u3001\u906d\u7aca\u3001\u60e1\u610f\u8edf\u9ad4\u548c\u5783\u573e\u8a0a\u606f\u7684\u793a\u7bc4\u529f\u80fd\u3002\u4ed6\u5011\u4e5f\u5fc5\u9808\u900f\u904e\u55ae\u4e00\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u4ecb\u9762\uff0c\u70ba\u6240\u6709\u61c9\u7528\u7a0b\u5f0f\u8207\u786c\u9ad4\u5143\u4ef6\u63d0\u4f9b\u7aef\u5c0d\u7aef\u80fd\u898b\u5ea6\u548c\u7ba1\u7406\u670d\u52d9\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u8207\u5176\u4ed6 FedRAMP \u6574\u5408\u7684\u6838\u51c6\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u5e73\u53f0\u8207\u61c9\u7528\u7a0b\u5f0f\u3002<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u653f\u5e9c\u6a5f\u69cb\u53ef\u900f\u904e Webex Contact Center Enterprise for Government \u70ba\u670d\u52d9\u5c0d\u8c61\u63d0\u4f9b\u66f4\u597d\u7684\u56de\u61c9\u54c1\u8cea\uff0c\u4ee5\u5177\u751f\u7522\u529b\u4e14\u65b9\u4fbf\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u63d0\u4f9b\u6709\u6240\u52a9\u76ca\u7684\u901a\u8a0a\u3002\u5fc5\u9808\u900f\u904e FedRAMP \u6388\u6b0a\u670d\u52d9\u8207\u653f\u5e9c\u901a\u8a0a\u7684\u7d44\u7e54\u53ef\u64c1\u6709\u771f\u6b63\u7684\u4f01\u696d\u5c64\u7d1a\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\uff0c\u5305\u542b\u64f4\u5145\u6027\u3001\u53ef\u9760\u6027\u548c\u628a\u63e1\u53ef\u7528\u5546\u6a5f\u548c\u56de\u61c9\u5ba2\u6236\u67e5\u8a62\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u3002<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><a
