\u6b64\u734e\u4f7f\u5c07\u6280\u8853\u8996\u70ba\u5ba2\u6236\u670d\u52d9\u51fa\u8272\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u5de5\u5177\u7684\u4f9b\u61c9\u5546\u7684\u5c0a\u656c\uff0c\u4e26\u5c07\u5176\u6210\u529f\u8996\u70ba\u806f\u7d61\u4e2d\u5fc3\u53ca\u5ba2\u6236\u670d\u52d9\u884c\u696d\u7684\u6210\u529f\u6848\u4f8b\u3001\u60f3\u6cd5\u9818\u5c0e\u8005\u548c\u5e02\u5834\u63a8\u5ee3\u8005\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8b93\u6211\u5206\u4eab\u4e00\u4e0b Webex Contact Center \u7372\u5f97\u6b64\u8b58\u5225\u7684\u4e00\u4e9b\u539f\u56e0\u3002<\/p>\n<h2><span><br \/>\n  <strong>\u96f2\u7aef\u654f\u6377\u6027<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"HTTPs:\/\/www.cisco.com\/c\/en\/us\/products\/contact-center\/webex-contact-center\/index.html\">Webex Contact Center<\/a> \u662f\u591a\u901a\u9053\u806f\u7d61\u4e2d\u5fc3\u8edf\u4ef6\u4f5c\u70ba\u670d\u52d9\uff0c\u9069\u7528\u4e8e\u5c0f\u578b\u3001\u4e2d\u578b\u548c\u5206\u6563\u7684\u806f\u7d61\u4e2d\u5fc3\u3002 \u00a0\u5b83\u4ee5\u516c\u7528\u96f2\u7aef\u70ba\u52d5\u529b\uff0c\u4f7f\u5176\u9ad8\u5ea6\u53ef\u4f38\u7e2e\u3001\u9748\u6d3b\u3001\u5b89\u5168\u548c\u654f\u6377\u3002 \u5b83\u4f7f\u7528\u667a\u6167\u578b\u667a\u6167\u548c\u8cc7\u6599\u898b\u89e3\u63d0\u9ad8\u806f\u7d61\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684\u8868\u73fe\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u5ba2\u670d\u4eba\u54e1\u77e5\u8b58\u8207\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u4f7f\u4ee3\u7406\u80fd\u5920\u8207\u5ba2\u6236\u958b\u5c55\u8c50\u5bcc\u3001\u6709\u610f\u7fa9\u7684\u53c3\u8207\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Webex Contact Center \u5efa\u7acb\u5728\u7528\u65bc Contact Center \u7684\u552f\u4e00 Webex \u5e73\u81fa\u4e0a\u3002 \u6b64\u958b\u653e\u5f0f\u5e73\u81fa\u67b6\u69cb\u4f7f\u6211\u5011\u7684\u5ba2\u6236\u80fd\u5920\u8f15\u9b06\u65b0\u589e\u4e26\u6574\u5408\u9032\u7d1a\u96f2\u7aef\u61c9\u7528\u7a0b\u5f0f\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982 AI \u578b\u865b\u64ec\u4ee3\u7406\u3001\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u8cc7\u6599\u5206\u6790\u3001\u54e1\u5de5\u512a\u5316\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6 Webex \u61c9\u7528\u7a0b\u5f0f\uff0c\u5305\u62ec Webex Experience Management\u3001Webex Calling \u548c Webex Control Hub\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b64\u591a\u91cd\u79df\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u65b9\u5f0f\u4ee5\u5169\u7a2e\u65b9\u5f0f\u4f7f Cisco Contact Center \u5ba2\u6236\u7372\u76ca\u3002 \u9996\u5148\uff0c\u5b83\u53ef\u8b93\u6240\u6709\u5ba2\u6236\uff08\u7121\u8ad6\u662f\u96f2\u7aef\u9084\u662f\u5167\u90e8\u90e8\u7f72\uff09\u5229\u7528\u9032\u7d1a\u61c9\u7528\u7a0b\u5f0f\u3001\u6301\u7e8c\u63d0\u4f9b\u529f\u80fd\u53ca\u4f4e\u5e72\u64fe\u7684\u96f2\u7aef\u8def\u5f91\u3002 \u7b2c\u4e8c\uff0c\u5728 Webex \u61c9\u7528\u7a0b\u5f0f\u4e4b\u9593\u6574\u5408\uff0c\u4f7f\u7d44\u7e54\u5167\u90e8\u5354\u4f5c\u66f4\u52a0\u9806\u66a2\uff0c\u964d\u4f4e\u6210\u672c\uff0c\u4e26\u8b93\u5ba2\u6236\u66f4\u8f15\u9b06\u5730\u7372\u53d6\u548c\u7ba1\u7406\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\u3002<\/p>\n<h2><span><br \/>\n  <strong>\u696d\u52d9\u6301\u7e8c\u6027 <\/strong><br \/>\n<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u96a8\u8457\u5ba2\u6236\u67e5\u8a62\u548c\u901a\u8a71\u91cf\u589e\u52a0\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u6578\u4ee5\u767e\u842c\u8a08\u7684\u4ee3\u7406\u5728\u5bb6\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u8a31\u591a\u4f01\u696d\u5728\u904b\u71df\u696d\u52d9\u6642\u9047\u5230\u5de8\u5927\u7684\u5e72\u64fe\u3002\u00a0 \u90e8\u5206\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u7b2c\u4e00 <a href=\"HTTPs:\/\/blogs.cisco.com\/collaboration\/cisco-announces-work-from-home-webex-contact-center-quick-deployment\"><\/a> \u6b21\u9700\u8981\u4e00\u500b\u806f\u7d61\u4e2d\u5fc3\u4f86\u8a2d\u5b9a\u7dca\u6025\u300c\u71b1\u7dda\u300d\uff0c\u53e6\u4e00\u4e9b\u806f\u7d61\u4e2d\u5fc3\u9700\u8981\u589e\u52a0\u548c\u8abf\u6574\u5176\u73fe\u6709\u806f\u7d61\u4e2d\u5fc3\u4ee5\u6e1b\u8f15\u901a\u8a71\u91cf\u3002 \u5728\u6e1b\u5c11\u75c5\u6bd2\u7684\u524d 60 \u5929\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u80fd\u5920\u5728 5 \u5929\u5167\u70ba 150 \u50a2\u4ff1\u6709\u7dca\u6025\u9700\u6c42\u7684\u4f01\u696d\u5feb\u901f\u90e8\u7f72\u548c\u64f4\u5145\u806f\u7d61\u4e2d\u5fc3\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\u548c\u9060\u7aef\u4ee3\u7406\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4ee5\u4e0b\u662f\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u4e9b\u5ba2\u6236\u5fc5\u9808\u8aaa\u51fa\u7684\u8a71\uff1a<\/p>\n<p>\u300cWebex Contact Center \u4f7f\u6211\u5011\u80fd\u5920\u63d0\u4f9b\u548c\u56de\u61c9\u696d\u52d9\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u4fdd\u6301\u793e\u4ea4\u7684\u89e3\u9664\u548c\u5728\u5bb6\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002 \u6211\u5011\u80fd\u5920\u63d0\u4f9b\u8d85\u904e\u6211\u5011\u672c\u53ef\u5efa\u7acb\u5167\u90e8\u90e8\u7f72\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\u7684\u898f\u6a21\u3002\u300d<\/p>\n<p>\u300cWebex Contact Center \u5728 COVID \u671f\u9593\u662f\u9060\u7aef\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u555f\u7528\u7a0b\u5f0f\u3002 \u6c92\u6709\u5b83\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u672c\u5fc5\u9808\u95dc\u9589\u806f\u7d61\u4e2d\u5fc3\u66f4\u9577\u6642\u9593\u3002\u300d<\/p>\n<p>\u300cWebex Contact Center \u4f7f\u6211\u5011\u80fd\u5920\u5728\u76ee\u524d\u7684\u5927\u898f\u6a21\u6d3b\u52d5\u671f\u9593\u9069\u61c9\u300c\u654f\u6377\u5de5\u4f5c\u300d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u300cWebex Contact Center \u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4e00\u7a2e\u5feb\u901f\u3001\u7c21\u4fbf\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u4f86\u8655\u7406\u4f86\u96fb\u91cf\uff0c\u4e26\u8ffd\u8e64\u8da8\u52e2\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fbf\u6211\u5011\u53ef\u4ee5\u9032\u884c\u76f8\u61c9\u7684\u9810\u6e2c\u548c\u898f\u5283\u3002 \u5b83\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u6240\u6709\u6b63\u78ba\u7684\u5ea6\u91cf\u503c\u4ee5\u5831\u544a\u7d66\u7ba1\u7406\u5718\u968a\u3002\u300d<\/p>\n<h2><span><br \/>\n  <strong>\u6578\u4f4d\u8f49\u63db\u548c\u667a\u6167\u578b<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u5728\u904e\u53bb\u5169\u5e74\u4e2d\uff0cCisco \u5df2\u6536\u8cfc AI \u516c\u53f8 Voicea \u548c CloudCherry <a href=\"HTTPs:\/\/www.cisco.com\/c\/en\/us\/products\/contact-center\/artificial-intelligence.html\">\uff0c\u4ee5\u52a0\u901f\u6211\u5011 Webex Contact Center AI<\/a> \u7df4\u7fd2\u3002 \u70ba\u4e86\u5feb\u901f\u70ba\u5ba2\u6236\u63d0\u4f9b AI \u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u4f7f\u7528\u300c\u6700\u4f73\u9ad4\u9a57\u300d\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528\u5167\u90e8 AI\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u4f86\u81ea Google Cloud \u7b49\u5408\u4f5c\u5925\u4f34\u7684 AI\u3002 \u00a0\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u7528\u65bc\u8a9e\u97f3\u548c\u804a\u5929\u7684\u865b\u64ec\u4ee3\u7406\u7531 Google Cloud CCAI \u63d0\u4f9b\uff0c\u4e26\u70ba\u5ba2\u6236\u63d0\u4f9b\u4f7f\u7528 AI \u63d0\u4f9b\u81ea\u52a9\u6280\u8853\u7684\u65b0\u7684\u56de\u61c9\u5ba2\u6236\u65b9\u5f0f\u3002\u00a0 \u96a8\u8457\u6578\u4f4d\u4e92\u52d5\u7684\u8fc5\u901f\u589e\u52a0\uff0c\u81ea\u52d5\u5316\u81ea\u52a9\u5f0f\u670d\u52d9\u5df2\u6210\u70ba\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u8207\u696d\u52d9\u4e92\u52d5\u7684\u9996\u9078\u65b9\u5f0f\u3002 \u81ea\u52a9\u5f0f\u670d\u52d9\u4f7f\u5ba2\u670d\u4e2d\u5fc3\u80fd\u5920\u627f\u64d4\u50b3\u5165\u67e5\u8a62\u7684\u91cd\u4efb\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u70ba\u5ba2\u6236\u63d0\u4f9b\u66f4\u5feb\u901f\u300124\/7 \u7684\u670d\u52d9\u3002 \u6839\u64da\u7814\u7a76\u516c\u544a\u516c\u53f8 Nemertes\uff0c\u7576 <span>   <strong>\u4f7f\u7528 AI \u8207\u5ba2\u6236\u806f\u7d61\u6642\uff0c\u516c\u53f8 CSAT<\/strong> <\/span> \u5206\u6578\u63d0\u9ad8 37%\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u5373\u5c07\u4eca\u5e74\u79cb\u5b63\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5c07\u5f15\u5165\u4ee3\u7406\u7b54\u6848\uff08\u667a\u6167\u578b\u4ee3\u7406\u52a9\u7406\uff09\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u5728\u5ba2\u670d\u4eba\u54e1\u8207\u5ba2\u6236\u4ea4\u8ac7\u6216\u804a\u5929\u6642\u5373\u6642\u5411\u5ba2\u670d\u4e2d\u5fc3\u4ee3\u7406\u986f\u793a\u5167\u5bb9\u9a45\u52d5\u5efa\u8b70\u8207\u6307\u5f15\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u5c07\u4ee3\u7406\u7814\u7a76\u6642\u9593\u6700\u5c0f\u5316\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u63d0\u9ad8\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b21\u806f\u7d61\u89e3\u6c7a\u7387\u53ca\u5ba2\u6236\u6eff\u610f\u5ea6\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528 Cisco \u81ea\u5df1\u7684 AI\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5df2\u63d0\u4f9b\u4ee3\u7406\u901a\u8a71\u8a18\u9304\u3002 \u6b64\u552f\u4e00\u529f\u80fd\u7531\u63d0\u4f9b Webex Meetings \u5e73\u81fa\u4e0a\u6587\u5b57\u8a18\u9304\u8207\u5b57\u5e55\u7684\u76f8\u540c\u7834\u51b0\u8a9e\u97f3\u5f15\u64ce\u63d0\u4f9b\uff0c\u53ef\u63d0\u4f9b\u4ee3\u7406\/\u5ba2\u6236\u4ea4\u8ac7\u5373\u6642\u6587\u5b57\u8a18\u9304\uff0c\u70ba\u4ee3\u7406\u63d0\u4f9b\u6bcf\u500b\u901a\u8a71\u7684\u5b8c\u6574\u526f\u672c\u548c\u6458\u8981\u3002 \u5ea6\u5ba2\u6236\u9ad4\u9a57\u8996\u5716\uff0c\u7d66\u6574\u500b\u7d44\u7e54\u7684\u6240\u6709\u5ba2\u6236\u63a5\u89f8\u9ede\u5e36\u4f86\u5de8\u5927\u7684\u898b\u89e3\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5f9e\u900f\u904e
