\u64f4\u589e\u300c\u8d85\u7d1a\u4ee3\u7406\u300d<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u6839\u64da Global Data \u7684\u4e00\u9805\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u4ee3\u7406\u6eff\u610f\u5ea6\u4e26\u6e1b\u5c11\u4ee3\u7406\u90e8\u7f72\u91cf\u662f\u806f\u7d61\u4e2d\u5fc3\u90e8\u7f72 AI \u6280\u8853\u7b2c\u4e00\u500b\u597d\u8655\u3002 \u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u52a0\u5165\u65b0\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u6210\u672c\u5f88\u9ad8 &#8211; \u901a\u5e38\u6bcf\u500b\u4ee3\u7406 10\uff0c000 \u81f3 20\uff0c000 \u7f8e\u5143\u4e4b\u9593\u3002\u00a0 \u9019\u5c31\u662f Cisco \u5c07\u667a\u6167\u8f38\u5165\u5ba2\u670d\u4eba\u54e1\u65e5\u5e38\u9ad4\u9a57\u4e2d\uff0c\u8b93\u5ba2\u670d\u4eba\u54e1\u751f\u6d3b\u66f4\u8f15\u9b06\u3001\u66f4\u5177\u751f\u7522\u529b\u7684\u539f\u56e0\u3002 \u9019\u5c07\u63d0\u9ad8\u4ee3\u7406\u5de5\u4f5c\u6548\u7387\u3001\u964d\u4f4e\u4ee3\u7406\u6d41\u5931\u7387\u4e26\u56e0\u6b64\u6539\u5584\u5ba2\u6236\u670d\u52d9\u3002 AI<\/a>\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u65b0\u7684 Voicea \u6574\u5408\u5229\u7528\u7cbe\u78ba\u7684\u8a9e\u97f3\u6587\u5b57\u6280\u8853\u4f86\u63d0\u4f9b\u901a\u8a71\u526f\u672c\u548c\u6458\u8981\uff0c\u4ee5\u81ea\u52d5\u5316\u4ee3\u7406\u7684\u901a\u8a71\u6574\u7406\uff0c\u7bc0\u7701\u6642\u9593\u4e26\u78ba\u4fdd\u4e0d\u6703\u8655\u7406\u4efb\u4f55\u52d5\u4f5c\u5c08\u6848\u3002 \u4e26\u4e14\u6211\u5011\u5df2\u78ba\u4fdd\u901a\u8a71\u4eae\u9ede\u53ef\u4ee5\u81ea\u52d5\u8207 CRM Google Dialogflow \u5efa\u57fa\u65bc AI \u7684\u81ea\u52a9\u5f0f\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u5229\u7528 AI \u548c NLU \u4f86\u6539\u9032\u5ba2\u670d\u4eba\u54e1\u53ca\u5ba2\u6236\u7684\u9ad4\u9a57\u3002 \u6b63\u5728\u547c\u53eb\u806f\u7d61\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684\u5ba2\u6236\u4eab\u53d7\u66f4\u76f4\u89c0\u5730\u8655\u7406\u7c21\u55ae\u8acb\u6c42\u7684\u9ad4\u9a57\uff0c\u800c\u4ee3\u7406\u53ef\u4ee5\u514d\u9664\u91cd\u8907\u7684\u3001\u7c21\u55ae\u7684\u4efb\u52d9\uff0c\u800c\u9019\u4e9b\u5de5\u4f5c\u53ef\u4ee5\u8f15\u9b06\u7531 \u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\u3002 \u6211\u5011\u505a\u4e86\u5f88\u591a\u4e8b\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u53ea\u662f\u70ba\u5ba2\u6236\u63d0\u4f9b\u96e3\u4ee5\u7f6e\u4fe1\u7684 AI \u652f\u63f4 CEM
