Davis Health \u767c\u73fe\u9810\u5b9a\u5c31\u8a3a\u7684\u9060\u8ddd\u91ab\u7642\u63a1\u7528\u7387\u6500\u5347\u81f3 50% \u4ee5\u4e0a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u75c5\u6bd2\u66b4\u767c\u5f8c\u671f\uff0c\u5168\u65b0\u5e38\u614b\u5c31\u6b64\u8a95\u751f\u3002\u6839\u64da UC Davis Health \u7684\u9060\u8ddd\u91ab\u7642\u4e3b\u7ba1 Daniel Stein \u8868\u793a\uff1a<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u300c\u4e16\u4e0a\u771f\u7684\u4e0d\u518d\u5b58\u6709\u9060\u8ddd\u91ab\u7642\uff0c\u53ea\u6709\u91ab\u7642\u7167\u8b77\u4e86\u3002\u73fe\u4eca\u75c5\u60a3\u548c\u91ab\u7642\u7167\u8b77\u63d0\u4f9b\u8005\u7686\u53ef\u9078\u64c7\u770b\u8a3a\u985e\u578b\uff0c\u4ee5\u5145\u5206\u767c\u63ee\u7167\u8b77\u7684\u610f\u7fa9\u3002\u300d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Stein \u8207\u9060\u8ddd\u91ab\u7642\u5718\u968a\u900f\u904e\u8996\u8a0a\u770b\u8a3a\uff0c\u8b93\u865b\u64ec\u7167\u8b77\u767c\u63ee\u66f4\u591a\u529f\u80fd\u3002\u75c5\u60a3\u73fe\u5728\u53ef\u900f\u904e Express Care \u4f9b\u61c9\u5546\u5b89\u6392\u7dca\u6025\u770b\u8a3a\uff0c\u5b8c\u6210\u8a3b\u518a\u5f8c\u5373\u53ef\u9032\u5165\u7dda\u4e0a UC Davis \u6240\u8a2d\u8a08\u7684\u5019\u8a3a\u5ba4\uff0c\u4e26\u8207\u53e3\u8b6f\u54e1\u548c\u53d7\u9080\u7684\u5bb6\u5ead\u6210\u54e1\u5171\u540c\u53c3\u8207\u865b\u64ec\u7167\u8b77\u5718\u968a\u7684\u770b\u8a3a\u3002\u6574\u5408\u5f0f\u9060\u8ddd\u91ab\u7642\u5e73\u53f0\u6b63\u8fc5\u901f\u6210\u70ba\u90e8\u5206\u75c5\u60a3\u63a5\u53d7\u7167\u8b77\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u65b9\u5f0f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>UC Davis \u9060\u8ddd\u91ab\u7642\u5718\u968a\u81f4\u529b\u65bc\u6539\u5584\u6bcf\u4f4d UC Davis Health \u75c5\u60a3\u8207\u5176\u5bb6\u5c6c\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u8a3a\u6240\u3001\u91ab\u9662\u53ca\u793e\u5340\u91ab\u7642\u7167\u8b77\u8005\u7684\u7167\u8b77\u6b77\u7a0b\u3002\u900f\u904e\u90e8\u7f72\u9818\u5148\u696d\u754c\u7684 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.extcare.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ExtendedCare Telehealth<\/a>&#x2122; \u8edf\u9ad4\u61c9\u7528\u7a0b\u5f0f\uff08\u5728 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.webex.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Webex \u5e73\u53f0<\/a>\u4e0a\u57f7\u884c\uff09\uff0c\u9019\u9805\u76ee\u6a19\u5f97\u4ee5\u5be6\u73fe\u3002<\/p>\n<h2><strong>ExtendedCare Telehealth \u548c Webex\uff1a\u4f01\u696d\u7d1a\u6548\u80fd<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>2019 \u5e74\uff0cUC Davis \u66fe\u4f7f\u7528\u9060\u8ddd\u91ab\u7642\u7522\u54c1\uff0c\u4f46\u8a72\u7522\u54c1\u7121\u6cd5\u5f48\u6027\u652f\u63f4\u591a\u6578\u91ab\u7642\u7cfb\u7d71\u6240\u9700\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u6d41\u7a0b\u3002\u00a0\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u8a72\u7522\u54c1\u50c5\u53ef\u900f\u904e\u884c\u52d5\u88dd\u7f6e\u904b\u4f5c\u3002\u9019\u9805\u8981\u6c42\u4f7f\u5f97 20% \u7b26\u5408\u689d\u4ef6\u4f46<em>\u6c92\u6709<\/em>\u4f7f\u7528\u667a\u6167\u578b\u624b\u6a5f\u7684 UC Davis Health \u75c5\u60a3\u906d\u62d2\u5728\u5916\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2020 \u5e74\u56db\u6708\uff0cCOVID-19 \u767c\u751f\u7b2c\u4e00\u6ce2\u9ad8\u5cf0\uff0cUC Davis Health \u5e73\u53f0\u7684\u7455\u75b5\u986f\u9732\u7121\u907a\u3002Stein \u77ad\u89e3\u5230\u5fc5\u9808\u9032\u884c\u6539\u8b8a\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u8f49\u800c\u4f7f\u7528 ExtendedCare Telehealth&#x2122;\uff08\u7531 Webex \u6280\u8853\u652f\u63f4\u7684\u81e8\u5e8a\u6574\u5408\u8207\u53ef\u8a2d\u5b9a\u7684\u9060\u8ddd\u91ab\u7642\u5e73\u53f0\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full \u7684\u8f49\u63db\u904e\u7a0b\u76f8\u7576\u9806\u66a2\uff0c\u4e0a\u7dda\u5f8c\u8996\u8a0a\u770b\u8a3a\u5b8c\u6210\u7387\u4e26\u672a\u4e0b\u964d\u3002\u5168\u65b0\u7cfb\u7d71\u5c31\u7dd2\u4ee5\u5f8c\uff0c\u5f15\u6b64\u5f97\u4ee5\u6eff\u8db3 2020 \u5e74\u79cb\u5b63\u7b2c\u4e8c\u6ce2\u75ab\u60c5\u9ad8\u5cf0\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u3002UC Davis Health \u9060\u8ddd\u91ab\u7642\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\u652f\u63f4\u65b0\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\u6848\u4f8b\uff0c\u4e14\u6db5\u84cb\u4f4f\u9662\u8207\u9580\u8a3a\u74b0\u5883\u4e4b\u75c5\u60a3\u3001\u5bb6\u5ead\u7167\u8b77\u8005\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u591a\u4f4d\u91ab\u7642\u7167\u8b77\u8005\u548c\u52a9\u7406\u4eba\u54e1\u53c3\u8207\u5176\u4e2d\u7684\u591a\u65b9\u7fa4\u7d44\u865b\u64ec\u770b\u8a3a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u300c\u96a8\u8457\u6578\u4f4d\u7167\u8b77\u6210\u70ba\u4e3b\u6d41\u5f8c\uff0c\u8d8a\u4f86\u8d8a\u591a\u4eba\u8a8d\u77e5\u5230\u6578\u4f4d\u91ab\u7642\u5e73\u7b49\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027\u3002\u5728 UC Davis Health\uff0c\u96a8\u8457\u63a8\u52d5\u6280\u8853\u7684\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u7684\u76ee\u6a19\u662f\u8b93\u6240\u6709\u75c5\u60a3\u90fd\u80fd\u7372\u5f97\u7167\u8b77\u3002\u900f\u904e\u76ee\u524d\u9060\u8ddd\u91ab\u7642\u5de5\u4f5c\u6d41\u7a0b\u7684\u7aef\u5c0d\u7aef\u8ffd\u8e64\uff0c\u4e26\u52a0\u5165\u53e3\u8b6f\u670d\u52d9\u7684\u7dca\u5bc6\u7d50\u5408\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u771f\u6b63\u642d\u8d77\u6578\u4f4d\u6a4b\u6881\uff0c\u800c\u975e\u9020\u6210\u6578\u4f4d\u85e9\u7c6c\u3002\u300dUC Davis Health \u8cc7\u8a0a\u9577\u517c\u6578\u4f4d\u91ab\u7642\u9577 Ashish Atreja \u91ab\u5e2b\u505a\u51fa\u4ee5\u4e0a\u8868\u793a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u60a8\u53ef\u5728\u96fb\u5b50\u5065\u5eb7\u8a18\u9304 (EHR) \u5de5\u4f5c\u6d41\u7a0b\u4e2d\u8f15\u9b06\u8a2d\u5b9a ExtendedCare Telehealth&#x2122; \u4ee5\u56e0\u61c9\u7279\u5b9a\u9700\u6c42\u3002\u8209\u4f8b\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u91ab\u7642\u7167\u8b77\u63d0\u4f9b\u8005\u5718\u9ad4\u8981\u6c42\u4f4f\u9662\u671f\u9593\u63a1\u7528\u904e\u9060\u8ddd\u91ab\u7642\u65b9\u5f0f\u8207\u5bb6\u4eba\u5c0d\u8a71\u7684\u4f4f\u9662\u75c5\u60a3\uff0c\u53c3\u8207\u770b\u8a3a\u5f8c\u7684\u554f\u5377\u8abf\u67e5\u3002\u554f\u5377\u8abf\u67e5\u5c07\u5df2\u6536\u96c6\u6240\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u5bf6\u8cb4\u610f\u898b\u56de\u994b\uff0c\u85c9\u6b64\u8a55\u4f30\u75c5\u60a3\u7684\u6eff\u610f\u5ea6\u4ee5\u53ca\u77ad\u89e3\u7cfb\u7d71\u4f7f\u7528\u60c5\u6cc1\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Stein \u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u4ee5\u63a7\u5236\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u9ad4\u9a57\u7684\u4e00\u81f4\u6027\u3002\u5c0d\u65bc UC Davis \u9019\u985e\u7684\u5927\u578b\u91ab\u7642\u9ad4\u7cfb\uff08\u7576\u4e2d\u6709\u5404\u7a2e\u91ab\u7642\u7167\u8b77\u63d0\u4f9b\u8005\u8207\u75c5\u60a3\u6703\u63a1\u7528\u9060\u8ddd\u91ab\u7642\uff09\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u5982\u6b64\u4e00\u81f4\u6027\u76f8\u7576\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u900f\u904e\u6b64\u985e\u5de5\u5177\uff0c\u75c5\u60a3\u80fd\u5920\u7372\u5f97\u6700\u4f73\u5316\u7684\u8996\u8a0a\u770b\u8a3a\u9ad4\u9a57\u4e26\u5b58\u53d6\u91cd\u8981\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u53ef\u5c07\u5f71\u50cf\u5132\u5b58\u81f3 EHR 60
